What can I say about this product that hasn't already been said? In short, it works. It works as advertised. But you may be reading my humble review wanting a bit more information and validation. Perhaps, you're like me, one of the "classic hard-gainers" that have tried a bunch of workouts, supplements, and gimmicks in order to gain size naturally. Let me tell you, from one hard-gainer to another, don't waste anymore time, buy this product to help you in your workouts. Here's my disclaimer and advice to those who are looking for a miracle: There's never any magic "muscle in a bottle." It largely depends on diet and consistency in exercise. You need to eat (more than you think), and you need to consistently train smart and hard. However, Vintage Build is probably the closest you can get to the mythical muscle bottle. It most definitely will help take you where you want to go faster. Here's the skinny (pun intended): How it worked for me: - My muscles have so much more endurance. I hit more reps on every exercise. - My muscles have noticeably gotten denser, harder after recommended use for one month. - My rest times between sets have gone down. I can jump in and do just as many reps as the previous set. - Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is practically a thing of the past at this point. I can train the same muscle groups more often. How it will work for you: - Most likely the same way it worked for me and about 1,600+ people. Size? Yeah, it will come. I have noticed a small increase after one month personally, and I've upped the dosage to two scoops since ordering my second bottle, and so far, so awesome. My workout today was unbelievable. I can only expect greater results from here on out. If you have a harder time than usual putting on mass, double the dose. In comparison to other products, I don't think there's much comparison. The simple ingredients simply work. Everything is high quality, and the powder mixes well. The only thing I'll say against it, is that the flavor might be too "intense" or not sweet enough for some people (I've tried both lemon lime, and berry). This is not enough for me knock off a star or really complain about it, because both flavors mix well with orange juice and lemonade (and make a more tasty post-workout refreshment that way, in my opinion). If you're worried about flavor, don't. It's not all that bad, and the product works just as well mixed with juice. In addition, for those of you who appreciate the little things, the scoop has been at the top of the container both times when I received my order. This stuff is amazing, and it's worth every dollar. Don't waste any more time my friend. If you want to train hard and gain, include Vintage Build in your program.

I use Vintage Build 3-in-1 Essential Muscle Builder (BCAA powder) pretty much daily, during workouts and recovery. I find it boost my energy while training and helps me recover. For recovery, I also include a scoop of collagen. I actually like the lemon-lime flavor (haven't tried the berry, sticking with what I like). Also like there is no sugar or artificial flavors. I'm not usually a fan of the taste of stevia, but find this product tastes good. I feel like I get an energy boost and recover faster when taking BCAA's, but can't say scientifically. I like the addition of Creatine, supposedly helps hydration at the cellular level. Malic acid, though listed as an inert ingredient, may also have health benefits. I have no gut or digestion issues, or gas, associated with using this product. At one to two scoops daily, it's likely not a significant source of protein, but I’ve sworn by high-quality BCAA's in water while working out to increase my stamina, particularly while bicycling. From the ingredients listed, and the reputation, Vintage Build seems to be one of the better products out there. I’m very satisfied with my first bottle and plan to buy more. Update: Tried the berry flavor on my 2nd purchase and not as satisfied with the berry flavor. Berry flavor is just OK, not great (or all that bad, a little chalky tasting, but perfectly drinkable). For my taste, I like the lemon-lime, and just re-ordered more.

I'll start out by saying that the only reason I gave this product four stars is the Fresh Berries flavor just isn't that great, especially if you are doing two scoops at a time. I actually ordered the Lemon Lime flavor but I was sent the wrong one and me being a little impatient I decided to just use the Fresh berries. Other than that this is a great product. It ACTUALLY dissolves in water unlike most other products, especially ones that have Creatine in them. I can't say too much on my results in the gym since my schedule didn't let me make it to the gym much shortly after I purchased this product. The BCAAs do work pretty well though since I've continued taking it even without working out and still maintained a good deal of muscle. On another note if you're a person who enjoys the little things like I do, the scoop they send with it has a long handle so you can always find it after you shake up the container instead of digging around for the dinky little thing that some other products come with.

This is an excellent recovery drink for people with food allergies. It definitely helps with muscle recovery after intense workouts and restores energy with very few calories and very quick recovery time. Excellent for long-term use and well worth the price. The lemon flavor is very pleasant. Just shake it in a sport bottle with a couple ice cubes and water.

Man did this taste awful! With old school products, you can be sure that the ingredients and quality are of an impeccable quality, and maybe I messed up ordering the lemon-lime flavor (lot of people in the reviews went for the fresh berries) and jeez this tasted like laundry detergent. This is the first time I’m ever returning a product on Amazon and I’ll be headed over soon to return it. I’m probably just gonna order a creatine from my go to brand (the German creatine monohydrate you find on Amazon) and look elsewhere for BCAAs. Maybe the other flavors are really good but the lemon-lime was a major miss. Again, I still fully support old school products (delicious protein powder, I ordered the tiramisu and it was amazing)
