Great daily intake. Easy to swallow and a good side effect if going on holiday somewhere with mosquitoes...they don't seem to like it.

One of the best vitamin B complex, in my opinion. The dosage seems to be just right. It gives me energy during the day and, hopefully, supports my sleep at night. The liposomal form seems to work better than the ordinary one.

I don't write many reviews but I feel this product is worthy of one. I have never been able to stomach taking most B vitamins or some vitamins due to the nasty smell. If I smell it I can't take, it's cause me to be nauseous. This product does not smell, and it is easy to swallow. The BEST part is that is gives me so much energy. Honestly have never had that experience with a vitamin!! If I miss a day I can feel it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Die Kapseln sind immer schnell geliefert. Ich weiss nicht richtig wie gut sie tun. Ein extra-Schub Energie merke ich nicht. Aber ich merke auch keine Schaden.
