Excellent product at a fair price. Achieved all I wanted which to be helped regain my sense of smell and taste

Initially they just smell of menthol, which is perhaps used as a preservative. Pick out one you can identify such as Rose (sickly) or Clove (musty). If two scents seem the same, compare them repeatedly until you can tell the difference. Write eg. R for Rose on the base of each stick so that you can mix the sticks randomly for testing without losing track of what they are. After two weeks of testing I can typically get 5 out of 6 correct on a blind test and hope to be able to reliably pick all 6 within a week or so. The scents are more difficult than just comparing a cut lemon with a grapefruit but perhaps that is a good thing.

The idea of a smell training kit is a very good one. However, this was not money well spent. Each of the intended odours is adulterated with the smell of something like menthol or camphor. The product would be far better if launched with the liquid oils included in small bottles. I am rarely disappointed with a product purchased through Amazon but this product is sub-standard.

I got them as my sense of smell is lost since covid, but my daughter has a very good sense of smell and found these not to be very strong smelling. I can just about smell them but they are not as strong as the pure oils. I dont know how long they will last as they are like Vick inhaler.

Llego a tiempo y en buen estado

Schade, es riecht alles nach Menthol oder Eykalyptus, mit dem zweiten Duft "darunter" Unetrschiede sind spürbar, aber auch "gesunde" bestätigen den Eindruck. Rose riecht normalerweise nicht nach Menthol. Zitrone auch nicht. Da die Riechproben dennoch sehr schön riechen, gebe ich hier trotzdem 3 Sterne. Ich denke der pure Duft wäre gerade für Geruchstraining besser.
