Honestly, I’m really happy with Dr. Wolff’s V-San. It just works. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and feels super gentle. I noticed a big improvement in dryness and irritation pretty quickly, and I love that it’s hormone-free. Overall, it’s one of the best things I’ve tried for intimate comfort — simple, effective, and does what it says. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time and very well packaged. On opening the product that was packaged very discretely the product was small and as described, providing clear instructions on how to use. Product does as described by providing relief to the required area and has help the symptoms of burning in the private area by up to 90% . Great product and great product.

My wife has been having problems with dryness and sore, splitting skin down there and her gp had prescribed a steroid cream which helped with the soreness but steroids make the skin thin and prone to cracking so she wanted to reduce or stop using it. Saw an advert on TV for this cream and she decided to try some. She's been using it for two weeks now and has reduced the steroid cream to once a week (previously 3 times). Her skin down there is softer and smoother seems a lot plumper and sex is more comfortable for her. The cream seems to be quite expensive at first but she only uses a small amount each time, usually after having a pee, so is actually good value for money. So, she says, to anyone going though the menopause and having problems down there, give it a go, there's nothing nasty in the cream and it works!

I have found this product to be the best thing for me for moisturising the external vaginal area (though it can be used internally too). No adverse reaction to it, which is a massive plus for me. Used daily. Pleased to have found it.

Excellent product.

I purchased this product expecting to get relief from vaginal stinging and dryness. I got no relief for either. Very disappointing. Quite an expensive item, especially for a pensioner.
