Our middle bathroom had some plumbing issues and we decided to renovate parts of it. For our tub, we wanted something different and, because this tub is separate from the shower, having a sprayer was always in my wish list. The issue is that, many of the plumbing, especially for new fixtures, need to be re-worked for the particular mixing valve. This faucet set has a really solid (and heavy) mixing valve. It does require the wall to be opened and, I was hoping to have it installed before writing this review, but sourcing the correct tiles for the bathroom is proving to be much more time consuming than I was expecting. But I couldn't wait to write about this faucet because the attention to detail and finishes are worth the write up. All parts come in a cushioned box with special cutouts for each part. The biggest part is the wide waterfall faucet and every piece is either in a cotton bag or wrapped in paper. It even comes with cotton gloves for handling. The actual mixing valve even has a front cover protector. Unlike other options for faucet-and-sprayer options, this mixing valve has buttons with descriptive graphics, which are quite unique and premium feeling. I have not seen anything as well made as this at any local hardware stores. The included instruction manual has assembly drawings without much written instructions. That's the one thing I wish had a bit more explanation, because some things (like if the top of the mixing valve should go to the mixer or the faucet) were not clear from the drawing, but I think our plumber understood it. Can't wait for the bathroom to be finished so we can use our new faucet and sprayer. UPDATE: after long overdue, the bathroom project is finished and it wasn't until I soaked in the tub and used the waterfall faucet and rinsed with the sprayer that it really sunk in that the project was done. The installation process was a process because, the plumbing layout and alignment of the edge of the fixtures to the surface of the tiles was quite complex. We painted our tub white (it's an old glazed iron bathtub) after the wall was done and not the whole bathroom feels like a whole new experience. I love the new bathtub.

I am overall happy with this Bath Faucet but it was missing a piece when I went to install the hand held sprayer. I contacted Amazon support who got me in contact with the seller which was a simple process. I am still waiting on the part at the point so cannot yet test out the sprayer.

Do not buy this product. After usage for 1 year, the valve control seems to have problem, and caused water leakage, which will reduce the water flow from shower head. You may spend a few thousands of dollars to install this product, but only after 1 year, because of the leakage, you may have to spend another few thousands of dollars to installer other one because of water leakage. I won't buy critical bathroom product such as Bathtub faucet set on Amazon again, as the quality is very important. I will choose high-end products from other stores.

I’ve only had it installed for a month

This bath tub faucet set before install looks good. I had like a renovation so it was easy for me to incorporate this set in the unfinished bathroom. Came with all pieces and I love it.
