I have been a competitive road cyclist my entire life and now clocking in at 57 years young. After reading the reviews, I gave KA EX – Cortisol Stress Reducer a shot. Unbelievable. By the 2nd day, I noticed a difference not only on the Zwift Ride/Bianchi Road bike outside, but throughout the day energy levels were at a all time high along with serious stress reduction. Only issue for me personally was taking a couple hours before bed, I found myself waking up at 3am wired and ready to go. Lastly, improvements in workout recoveries. Basically checks every box that I'm after. Will purchase again.

Significantly improved the restfulness of sleep and I did note a significant increase in my post-workout recovery/minimization of DOMS. But, I did notice that my sleep was way better and a noticeable effect as I do have harsh, sharp wake-ups when the morning Cortisol hits. I actually was able to laze in bed, fall back to sleep if I wanted, and sleep past my annoying early waking hours from the work week on the weekend. It's just a shame this mix is so expensive just for 3 packs... only complaint.

Felt great post workout

It really did not work at all for me. I tried it after intense exercise on several occasions. It might have helped the soreness a little bit, but it also gave me a headache each time. Sleeping was not improved, maybe even worse. It may have more to do with my physiology than other peoples, but want people to consider my experience. Also, don't make my mistake and order the 24 pack. Buy a small sample to try. The company will not give you a credit, even though the individual packages are sealed

It’s a great product. I realized my quality of sleep improved immediately after taking it, so it improves recovery. Highly recommended.

First time using this product, it was used as a recovery aid for a weekend of 160 miles of cycling, as a 54 year old with a wife and kids recovery after a long run or ride is the most important aspect of the day. This product gave what I needed to ride 90 miles on Saturday, 70 miles on Sunday and do extra family activities, it allowed me to put on two days back to back with solid efforts of solo rides. So far it seems like it delivers on what’s promised. Not sold on taste but as long as it works that’s not a problem.
