Hard to open
Very difficult to snap top off .Sharp plastic is she’s on plastic opener also .Not the best but I am sure saline is fine once you have managed to open the ampoules

Getting a refill for my husband's nebulizer solution was ridiculously complicated. I researched and got this to help break them some congestion he had and it worked beautifully. When we saw the pulmonologist, he did confirm that this does help break up congestion and also moisturize the lungs. I'm sure he didn't use the word moisturize but, whatever. It worked during a really bad cold and held us over for 2 weeks, if you can believe it. I have the prescription now but I will keep you on hand from now on. As always, your mileage may vary and you should check with your doctor, of course.
