My dog absolutely loves this food! She's 9 years old now and I put some water in with the food to make it soft and easy for her to eat. The ingredients are excellent, very nutritious and avoid allergens. My dog is thriving on it and is very healthy, my friends two dogs are too.

the price of this product has shot up from what it was a couple of years ago. frustratingly the delivery price has also risen. i would buy benevolent instead. That aside this is a decent vegan dog food, I fed this to two strong lurcher for years and they found it to be very tasty.

Good quality dog food, my dog has a sensitive digestive system so this food suits him much better than others. I top his meals up with home cooked meat, fish and veg, so no he isn’t 100% vegan. He always enjoys his meals and his overall health and coat is excellent. There’s definitely product inconsistency between orders. Kibble size differs and colour can be much darker/oily which requires some tweaking of quantity to avoid unwanted weight gain.

My dogs love this food. It’s ethical and hopefully will extend the health and life of my dogs. When my dogs eat vegan food they have more energy and all the tear staining reduces considerably. Who wants to have an animal for a pet and feed it animals? Where is the sense in that? Value for money if I buy the 15kg bag lasts me 3 months for 2 small dogs. I would buy again.

My male shar pei bulldog didnt snub his nose at it and Weeks into it , chooses it over tails salmon flavour. Never a sign of allergy or diarrhea. I add olive oil and have water next to it or mix it in. Second time ordering on Amazon, both times issues with dates so next time wont order from amazon. This bag had 3 months bb. Intended to use it after others had run out and keep stored. Was told to contact v-dog, they saud should be much longer, most have a year before the bb date. My dog loves hownd the best, more than autarky chicken or salmon. He rejects dried meaty treats now and i make vegan ones using chickpea flour, dessicated coconut, flax, turmeric with black pepper, peanut butter, st darfour strawberry jam, dandelion drops, mixed herbs, psyllium husk, msm
