Elixir strings. A fantastic product

i have tried many guitar strings and i absolutely love these, they feel smooth, last ages and sound great. i use these on an ibanez rg-550 and works perfectly

Great strings Nice feel

Elixir Strings have been my main choice for years, they last, are bright (I play a fender Strat), so for me the price isn't an issue. I ordered these strings late Saturday night and they were delivered Sunday afternoon, I was astonished to see them on the mat as I walked in. I will definitely explore 'The Music Saver' more to see what else they offer. Top class service.

Elixir 12050 Strings Electric Guitar Strings w POLYWEB Coating, Light (.010-.046) As strings go Ive been trying out a few these last few months and the ones i lean towards the most are these and the D'addario XS. These feel great, regarding tone well its minimal personally. Regarding longevity Ive used this for around 2 months and the coating does seem to be holding up something i couldn't say for the DR neon which after 2 sessions the coating came apart. Overall im happy with sticking with either the d'addario or elixir.

These strings last for about 4 - 5 months before going dead ( I play 4 - 5 hours every day ) The only way they don't last is if you brake a string ( that can sometimes happen with these ) The other setback, is they are have higher tension that un-coated strings, so you could need some neck & action adjustments to make. But I still like these strings for what they do well !

I tried all competitors available on Amazon and now as final decision I stick to Elixir, for my ears and fingers practice this is the best for me: the blue and orange boxes. This is my personal opinion as we are all different, still the quality made me sticking to this company.

My strings of choice for any years. they never seem to rust or deteriorate. I change them because i feel I should although they do not show any sigh that this is needed! simply excellent.

Die Saiten wurden gekauft für einen wiederentdeckten, ca. 30 Jahre alten Fender-Stratocaster. Aufziehen und Stimmen kein Problem; das Tuning wurde schon nach kurzer Spielzeit von den Saiten gut gehalten. Erster Eindruck: Passt, wenn man alles "weich" haben will. Wunderbar "soft" bespielbar und guter Sound, wenn man Anklänge an "Acoustic Guitar" braucht. Wer Heavy-Metal braucht: Dickere Saiten wählen. Langzeiterfahrung naturgemäß nach ein paar Wochen noch nicht möglich.
