I had my gallbladder taken out a few years ago and since have had digestive issues especially when consuming fat as well as issues with elevated liver enzymes. I originally got this product to help with my liver and kidneys. It's the first time I've taken Tudca. I have experienced no negative side effects. The bottle is packaged well and the capsules are an easy to swallow size. I can taste a little bitter when I put them on my tongue. That's a good thing. Bitter is for cleansing and that's what I want to do. I would have to take this product for three months to really feel the full effect, but so far the experience has been good.
