I have now placed my third order to make sure I have a supply.My first order was to mix into my cold drinks but I ended up finding Red Roselle Hibiscus Flower Tea by Palm Beach Herbals.(Amason sells) and make a hot tea and strawberry drink with some sugar. My first cup wasn't the best but when finding the right mix and after 3 cups, it's now y daily drink. I keep a thermos next to me with a cup and a half of the mix.I'm a high blood pressure person and after just a week of drinking this tea, my b/p has stabilized. Don't listen to the bad reviews! This is like cr*ck in my house. So damn delicious. The flavor is out of bounds. The only thing Ive noticed is that it has a strong flavor eating it straight out the tub but when I added a tbsp to my smoothie it got overpowered easily by my other ingredients but I still tasted a faint strawberry flavor. Maybe I need to try 2 tbsp? Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Nature Restore USDA Certified Organic Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder, 10 Ounces, Non GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan I ordered Nature Restore Organic Strawberry Powder to flavor cookies for my granddaughter’s “berry first birthday.” I used the powder to flavor my shortbread cookie dough, royal icing and meringue cookie batter. The flavor was fabulous and it also added some color to my red dough, so I did not need to use as much food coloring. I found that it changed the textured of my royal icing, but in a positive way. The icing was actually a bit more elastic and although it dried well, it had a softer bite. I have since used it to flavor my whipped cream for a Swiss roll cake, a batch of Kohakutou jelly candy and to make strawberry malt drinks. It is truly wonderful. I do strain the powder before using it, which is a matter of personal preference. I don’t like the tiny strawberry seeds. That also helps it melt completely. I will definitely buy this again and hope the company expands their fruit flavors.

The quality of the product is great and the flavor is spot on. It's nice to have on hand to add some extra flavor to smoothies or drinks, or sprinkle on top of yogurt. I have purchased other freeze dried strawberries and the color was still very pink. I needed this for a cake, but it turned the frosting brown instead of pink and look un appetizing. (do a test run for color first, even though I knew it would not be pink once I opened it). I am not disappointed in the product quality or flavor, just be aware that it is not pink in color in case you were hoping it was like I did. I store this in my freezer tightly wrapped. I find that it keeps it from becoming a hard mass over time in the pantry.

I've used a different SB powder. When I mixed it with water, it never thickened, this product does, which tells me its whole fruit. The other one tasted like cooked SB, this is much fresher tasting. And the other stuff, their nutrition label didn't match up with what it should be for whole Strawberrries, this one does. Its got all the fiber, and while it used to clump, they've fixed that problem. Using freeze dried vegetable and fruit powders, as long as they are from whole fruit and vegetable and no juice, are a great way of getting in those extras veggies. I used a variety of them and make a daily smoothie. I make fresh Beet, Kale and Orange juice (about a cup total) and add a tablespoon of the SB and another of Blueberry powder. Its great tasting and the SB has an anti-inflammatory effect on the gut. Its a great way to feed you biome. Fresh of course is better, but when you can only eat so much, these powders are a great way to get in those extra fruits and veggies. One trick I've learned, always rehydrate the powders with water first. Sometimes the powders will clump when you mix them, a good trick is to mix the dry powders together. They are less likely to clump with other powders than they are with themselves.

Tasty and has vitamin C. I add it to my homemade protein powder for natural flavor. No seeds.

It has no taste. AT ALL. I made a strawberry cream. It tasted a tiny bit the vanilla essence, no taste of strawberry. At all. No matter how much I used. I used it on a cake as well, no flavor. So I tried it with a spoon. It tastes like powder. Like any flavorless powder. It added a very slight warm pink tone to the cream (double added thant the recipe suggested). I would say this has no strawberry flavor. Or any other flavor. I will for sure not purchase this again.
