Been a great way to organize and update supplies for my job

I am in the process of moving, and I have tons of stuff to organize, so I decided to order these scan labels, first you download the app, then place a stickers on a box, bag etc, you can take a pic (this is optional), write down the items, for example “kitchen” then scan the sticker label, and you are done, this has been a big help for me. You can remove the label and reuse it, they are high quality and perfect size.

Easy to use. The only issue is that after a certain number of labels, if you want to keep using you have to use an app subscription, which was not mentioned when I bought the product from Amazon. The quality is great. The sticker's adhesive quality is great. I used the smart labels on Ikea storage bins when I was packing up my closet for my next move, so I knew where items were located.

Love them. Perfect size. Great quality. No problems with adhesion. And totally love how you can add everything you have in a storage bin on the label take pictures and describe it all. Makes it very easy to organize anything that needs to be stored. Only bad is you have to pay for the premium app.

Updated 3/19/25:This product could be great, and I was excited to order some for our move to be made easier. I wish I had read more reviews first. When I started digging about the use of the product, I learned a lot. By the time I realized how everything worked, it was too late to send them back. Please do your research. *It MAY be a perfect for your situation and needs but for us, it wasn’t going to work for longer term storage. In a nutshell, if you’re wanting to store boxes for more than 1 year, you have to have a paid membership or an account which cost money for you to be able to see what items you put in storage and took pictures of that go with the labels. I read many reviews and stories that said people couldn’t get their app to work or it mysteriously lost all of the photos about 2 months into use of the app, more labels cost extra as far as storage space and what not. It’s kind of like you have to keep buying more and if you have too many, you have to pay extra and then I think there’s still a cap/max to that number in the end. I just didn’t even try them so maybe I can find some other use for the stickers or find a friend they will work well for. The company contacted me and we came to a reasonable agreement on a happy medium for this product I cannot utilize, I greatly appreciate them reaching out. I would buy from this seller again, just not this specific product as it does not serve my personal needs.

I was very happy with my first order. The codes work well. Design is good, nice colors. Great for organizing my supplies for my business. Good size, not too small to scan. They stick fine. It's a little work to set up but works fine once at up. On my second order, I received a taped up package with several blank sheets of regular paper in it. So that's the reason for the 3 stars- first was great, second was awful.
