Flex B7 Flight

Love his flight bag, been using it every day ever since I got it, would recommend this product to anyone that is a Flight instructor.

First off this bag is pretty amazing. it is smaller in size than I thought however it also fit more than expected. Its possible to organize all my flight gear and some personal items I always fly with and still have some room to spare. The pockets are of a lot of different sizes and allow for really good organization. My bag was missing a side pocket however after calling brightline they sent me the pocket right away with now questions asked. One bit of advise, YKK makes zippers....use them. The zippers are ok but YKK zippers would definitely be much smoother and easier to operate (especthr large ones that combine sections). Despite the ridiculous price tag I would buy this bag again and recommend it to friends...you definitely get what you pay for

Fantastic modular product. Note - who you get this it is hard to zip as it is shipped flat. It gets easy once you work around the corners the first time. I bought an extra front pocket piece after getting this. Now I have work and fun fronts and can zip them on and off and head out with the right gear. Excellent design, durability and quality. Fantastic customer service. Fast and full of solutions. Impressive. My only dislike is the color large stitched logo on the front. It just looks childish. I took a black sharpee to it and made the color go away! You'll probably want to do that too. The colored zippers are a godsend as you get to know what color zipper holds which part of your gear. Buy this! Hope my review is helpful.

Great bag, well made and well organized. It sits up nicely and provides lots of storage and sizing options. It's a little heavy, though, and doesn't ride on the shoulder super comfortably during those long treks through the airport (a higher quality, more adjustable strap might improve things). And be advised, when they say it fits a 13" laptop only, believe them. I searched long and hard for the right bag and this was the only one that even came close to having the functionality I was looking for. I'm not a pilot, I'm a sailor, and this bag is great for carrying your gear and electronics. It's not huge, however, and doesn't leave room for much else except a sweatshirt and maybe a light jacket.

Looking forward to using this on my text trip. It consolidates my laptop / tablet backpack with my separate IT case. I love the modular system and have purchased additional modules directly from BrightLine (since they aren't available on Amazon).

This bag has wonderful ideas behind it. There are multiple pockets secured with zippers, and the pockets are of various sizes and shapes to accommodate the various things you will pack for your carry-on flight time. On the downside, it's quite heavy, since it's divided into so many compartments and yet the fabric is strong (and therefore somewhat heavy). A sturdy bag has to be made from sturdy fabric, but the tradeoff is the weight of the bag.There is no one large compartment to hold, say, a change of clothing (which I need for a carry on, owing to the possibility of lost check-through luggage), but it's got a nicely padded compartment for an iPad or small laptop. The bag can be divided into two separate bags: one to check through and one for carry on. But the zipper binding them is a bit tricky (I had trouble uniting the halves because the zipper somehow got distorted). I'd gladly pay about $80 for this bag because it's well-made but of limited use, but I paid $180 for it. I'm not returning it because I lost the return address. I'll use it but wish it were slightly smaller and much lighter. Not a bad bag, but not outstanding.

Excellent bag for pilots. Outstanding modularity, lots of pockets, and very easy to reconfigure quickly if needs require.
