Castrol Transmax Manual Multivehicle 75W-90 1L

Decided to replace the gear oil on an '05 plate Fiesta ST due to it being a bit 'notchy' & Syntrans met the Ford requirements. Took just over an hour to do & since the gear changes are smooth & precise. No complaints..just wish the filler spout was a bit longer as it would have made it easier & quicker.

Bought for my 2010 Fiat Panda, whilst not the exact same spec as the original stuff, it was the closest at a reasonable price! Gearbox was fairly noisy, especially when cold. Drained the old stuff, which was quite dirty and was full of very fine metal bits, put this in and the gearbox is almost silent! Does the job just fine. Recommended

I bought two bottles of this transmission fluid because the gearbox in my Toyota RAV4 was making a clicking noise like a tapping noise in third fourth and fifth gear every time I accelerate, and considering the car is 22 years old I thought changing the gear oil would solve the problem.. it did, gear change is a lot smother and I only can hear the tapping noise in 4th and 5th gear now. Probably needs a really good long journey.. unless it's something to do with the clutch. I don't know but the gear oil change has made improvement.. to the gear changing.

Good product at a good price.

Used it on my 5 speed manual 94 Mr2 and 95 Celica. It definitely made the Mr2 feel better as idk how old the last fluid was. The Celica I would say made it worse but that’s probably due to the fact the transmission was used to the 8+ year old fluid and I could feel the issues a bit more after putting the new fluid in. I recommend for the price and I’ve had zero issues in the Mr2 which has a healthy gearbox.I personally put it in a hand pump to get it in so idk how good the fuller cap is.

I was recommended this oil by a gearbox specialist who rebuilt a gearbox for me the box is lovely and smooth and the oil has not got that horrible gear oil smell because it is synthetic.

Ok so I used Radline, Mobil, Mannol, Ford and I always had poor gear shist and the 5th gear jumping out of gear with a whine. I placed this into the box, and wo what differnence the poor gear change and cold start gear issues sorted, far eaier to engauge. I cannot beleive I spent £30 a litre and this for £12 a liter was far better.

I have been using specific chain lube and wax for by bike for years and I decided to give it a try with thick oil like this, and the result it's just great. The bike rides really smoothly, minimum flint. Check "Never Buy Chain Lube Again? Comparison Test" from Fortnine.
