Lovely sleeve board!
I've had a couple of sleeve boards in the past and they were both fiddly to collapse or stand up; and they were too short to do a full sleeve, which meant I would have to press sleeves in stages, and end up crumpling up the first half while I press the second! But this one is fabulous! It is SO easy to set up or fold down as it just hinges up or down, but it's perfectly stable once it's hinged up. It's a really good size: long enough for a whole sleeve, narrow enough to fit little sleeves onto, and it tapers to the end to make this even better. And the surface is firm with a small amount of padding, so you get a nice crisp line. Easy to use, effective, and a very good price. I'm sold!

Not quite flat
Well made, humped and just not quite flat

Thick and easy to use
When my previous ironing board cover got so thin that you could see the metal through it I knew I needed a new one. Having merrily bought a new cover I soon realised that the problem wasn't just the cover, but also the foam that sits underneath it (between the metal ironing board and the cover); my previous one had all but disintegrated. In all honesty, I was a little taken aback at how a bit of foam could command such a price-tag. However, having purchased, cut to size and put on the ironing board I will admit that it works well. To cut I would recommend putting the entire sheet/foam on top of your ironing board and then getting a pen and drawing around it from underneath. That is what I did and it seemed to work well.

Good length for sleeves
The wife loves it. She says it is a great length for ironing sleeves.

Loose fit cover
The ironing board does its job and is a good length it is the cover that doesn’t go tight enough to give a smooth base and tighting it is fiddly.

Value for money
The size is perfect and it is so easy to fit there is no movement when ironing well worth the money.

Works as intended
Works as intended. Expensive for what it is. Took ages to arrive (but was well communicated this in advance).

Perfect!
The foam rubber that came with the ironing board had rotted away and I was getting little mesh patterns on all the ironing. This padded fleece sheet is the perfect substitute. Just a tip when fitting though..... Place it on the floor with the bare ironing board on top (both upside down, of course). Line up one side of the padded sheet with one side of the board and, using the weight of the board to keep the sheet in place, mark round the rest of the shape of the board using a black pen. Remove the board and cut along the pen line you just made on the sheet. This gives you a perfect shape of sheet for your board. Now, place the ironing board cover upside down on the floor. Place the sheet on top making sire it fits perfectly. Now place the board (again upside down) on top and tie up the cover with the sheet sandwiched between it and the board. Make any adjustments and fully tighten before turning the whole lot up the right way. May sound complicated but it's really easy.
