It arrive promptly and fits my Sony speaker and Roberts radio perfectly. I liked it so much that I ordered three more but I did not feel I had to buy the company... The adaptor is a good piece of design and is attractive. Therefore it deserves a five star rating.

Total piece of crap - looks like you will also need to buy an actual adaptor as well. This is just a piece of poorly made plastic to rest the iPhone against. In no way is this any kind of adaptor.

Bought for a late model Bose Sound Dock 30 pin suitable for Ipod classic. Now we have an Ipod touch with lighting input, needed an adapter to use in conjunction with the appropriate Apple accessory. It may well fit the other units quoted in the description. It does not fit the Bose. Even with the 2 front pins filed off (there are no corresponding slots on the Sound Dock) it is to high to allow a proper connection on either the 30 pin or the lightning connector. Unfortunately, had to damage the item beyond returnability to establish that. Even when finally cut down to fit, the adapter provided no more support than a strategically placed blob of Bluetak The retailer should, I believe, delete Bose from the list of suitable models.

This was nice but you need to remove any cover you might have before you can place your phone.

t does a good job. I bought it to fit my old Bose speaker. Note I also had to buy an adaptor that could stream audio to go with it. I bought a used Apple adaptor (Apple Ipod Lightning to 30-PIN Adapter-ZML).

I was expecting an actual adaptor to allow me to use my audio equipment with my new iPhone - what I got was cheap bit of plastic with no connector. Complete waste of money has no use whatsoever to me.

I bought this with the Apple 30ping to Lightning adapter. Not quite the quality I thought it might be. Very plasticy feel to it. Although it fits the Bose Docking station with the Lightening connector sticking out, my iphone 6 does not seem to sit at the correct angle and so requires a bit of wiggling to plug in and out, so a little dissappointed with it.

An excellent adaptation to bring back life to the old iPhone 4s Dock with the 30pin to 8 pin lightning adapter. I use the old dock for its Line-out connector for use with my stereo amp. Only problem was that with the lightening adapter the new iPhone was unstable with no back support. This adapter brings that back support beautifully. However, there is a small functional (physical) defect in the product in that it does not seat itself properly in the Apple dock. It is slightly oversized and has to be pushed in with more than a substantial push. Initially it had refused to seat itself snuggly till I decided to push it down with max force !!

Perfect. We have a older Bose docking speaker and it pops in perfectly.

Absolutely awful product, however tempting it is to buy an adapter for your 30 pin product, don't waste your money. Seriously you'll regret it. This is the newer version of the adapter and it's just a piece of soft plastic. It took three days for it to break. The older version was a far stronger version that had metal rails but is no longer available.

I have been trying to update and use my iHome ever since Apple updated the charger plugs for iPhone and iPad to the 8 pin. I’ve wasted time and funds on adapters that didn’t work. I FINALLY came across a great combination for adapter and device physical stability: this adapter support and the Apple certified adapter. This adapter provides exactly the support I was looking for. I’ve attached photos. Granted, the Apple adapter doesn’t work with most cases. Fortunately for me, my case is in two pieces, a rubbery inner rim with a snap over hard plastic. If you enlarge the first photo you will be able to see that I trimmed/carved a “fix” on my inner case so that my phone and case both fit perfectly in the second picture. However, without the PROPORTA ADAPTER SUPPORT this fix was too unstable for my assurance. Also, if you enlarge either photo, look closely at the base of the adapter support and you will see that I utilized the rubber height strip that came with my iHome. This provided additional support to the adapter. The total update works great; charges, utilizes my iPhone or iPad channels, the works!

A little bit flimsy and NO adjustment for thickness of device and case.
