I am so irritated. This product from China is advertised on Amazon as safe for those with food sensitivities and food grade. I bought this for making Xmas cookies with my little grandchildren. Of course the seller doesn’t show the ingredients on Amazon or I would never have purchased these. It contains red40, red 3, yellow 6&5, blue 1. Look these up on ChatGPT which says, Yellow 5 (Tartrazine) is most associated with: • Hives • Asthma-like symptoms • Headaches • Reactions are uncommon, but children with asthma or dye sensitivity are more vulnerable. American Academy of Pediatrics: Encourages reducing artificial food colors in children’s diets • European Food Safety Authority: Requires warning labels for behavioral effects
