These are tablets, not capsules. They have a slight taste that is mostly the arginine (I think from what I remember arginine powder tasting like). Take this with a stack of aminos including glycine, gaba and luecine. Seems to helpmwith recovery from the gym.

Hard to quantify but I feel like my overall resilience has improved but more so, my recovery from doing physical activity is much quicker.
