Bosch Styline TWK8633GB Variable Temperature Cordless Kettle, 1.5 litres, 3000W - Black

The Bosch Styline Kettle has been one of my best kitchen purchases! It looks sleek and modern on my countertop, and it’s incredibly efficient — water boils in no time. I love the temperature control settings, which make it perfect for everything from green tea to coffee or even baby bottles. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the kettle is surprisingly quiet compared to others I’ve used. The keep-warm function is a great bonus, especially when I’m busy and don’t want to reboil the water. Cleaning is easy too — no limescale buildup so far thanks to the good filter design. Overall, it’s a stylish and reliable kettle that combines performance with convenience. Bosch really nailed it with this one — highly recommended for anyone who values both function and design

I had a previous version of this kettle - which got lost in a house move. I got a cheap replacement which was just awful and so back to Bosch. I returned the one Amazon sent - as despite being described as new it had small dents in the metal section. The new one I bought since is lovely, in white with a white handle and base unit. Very smart. It’s true that the water level is slightly difficult to read initially but you can soon work it out. I like that the lid opens. with a switch on the handle - you can easily fill it too via the wide metal spout. It boils very quickly and I think is quieter than my old Bosch kettle. The kettle switches on via the base unit and you select the temperature there too. Very easy and intuitive. Nice beep when it’s boiled - just the right level of loudness to alert you without being annoyingly too loud. Not too much steam produced when it boils which is also a plus - will be useful in winter in my current badly ventilated kitchen which is prone to condensation. I have a lot of Bosch appliances in my home because they are good quality and last.

Was going to get the Ninja kettle, so glad that I compaired it with the bosch. The weight is perfect for weak wrists and hands. It is built for quality, and the capacity level is brilliant. The temperature control really does make a big difference. It is a very expensive looking kettle, I will be buying another one very soon. It also has a stay hot feature, it's a very clever and money saving kettle.

The Bosch Styline TWK8633GB Variable Temperature Cordless Kettle is a great kettle if you drink white, green and black tea. The settings are perfect at 70 for white tea, 80 for most green tea, 90 for oolong tea and 100 for most black tea. There is also a keep warm option which keeps the water at the set temperature if you don't immediately pour the water. I checked the accuracy of the temperatures using an external thermometer - and the temperatures were accurate. I cannot comment on the energy efficiency as I have no way of measuring it. The Bosch Styline TWK8633GB Variable Temperature Cordless Kettle is very fast to reach its set temp and quiet - it does however have a loud beep at the start and when the temperature is reached. I live in a hard water area - but it is a little early to comment on the filter - however, I can see that the element is already being calcified so the filter cannot be that effective. Will update the review if I have anything useful to add on the filter. The price point is high and the kettle is plastic - which are two negatives; plus for me, it is not a charming design - but that is in the eye of the beholder and my wife loves the black colour and design - so no more said.

The kettle looks great and its features are easy to use. it also boils water very quickly. The quality and made feels good. Hopefully it will last for long time use.

I’ve learnt from experience that you get what you pay for with items like this. This is by no means a cheap kettle but it should greatly outlast and outperform cheaper appliances, if my previous experience is anything to go by. It’s therefore a better option in terms of value for money too. My first impression was of a chunky appliance, thanks to the double-wall, insulated design. However, it’s not excessively weighty and looks great. It may be made in China - what isn’t these days - but it oozes quality and feels far more substantial than similar items. I suspect it was designed and built ‘up to a standard’ and not ‘down to a price’. The 3kW power rating means it boils in no time and the minimum water level is less than other kettles I’ve owned. That means it’ll save on water and electricity in the long run for someone like me who mostly heats one cup/mugfull at a time. I'm using it to boil water for tea and heat water to 80C for coffee. It performs both tasks flawlessly. Just buy one; you’ll have no regrets.

It works great. Boils very quickly. Being able to choose the temperature and watch the temperature (if you want ! ) while it boils up is a good idea. It appears to be very sturdy, a bit bigger than our usual kettles but I think it adds to the quality….it is not a flimsy kettle. I think it saves us money on our electric bills so I’m very pleased with it

Top of the range kettle, lightweight, display with pride, BUT, BE VERY CAREFUL, plug is NOT compatible with Australian power points, I was heartbroken when I had to return it. If you have a UK adaptor definitely go for it, second to none

The item was shipped with a non-EU plug, but had no warning message that it's a foreign plug.

Not bad at all, solid, robust, easy to use. However, it makes a loud beep when turned on and when it finishes. There is no way to disabled this except to open it (you need a special screwdriver, not difficult to find) and to disable the speaker on the PCB. I opted to cover the speaker in glue stick to lower down it's volume. I can still hear the beep but a much lower volume.

Wollte einen Wasserkocher mit Edelstahlinnenleben, nicht nur mit Metallheizplatte. Leider wurde man in der Produktbeschreibung nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Für ein Plastikinnenleben ist er aber zu teuer. Auch wenn er so schön aussieht. Also unbenutzt wieder auf die Heimreise geschickt und doch zum WMF gegriffen
