I love great cutlery! I do my own butchering of primal cut and this meat cleaver is my new addition to my cutlery. It's balanced, feels good in my hand and the spine will be very great in penetrating joints and bone. It's s-h-a-r-p and ill let you know how well it keeps an edge.

Very nice knife for the price, heavy and weighted properly

Not quite as hefty as I had hoped but I am still very pleased. Polished and extremely sharp. Looks are pleasing. Price is very fair.

This cleaver is awesome. I cut through chicken bones and it made it so easy.

Bought this for my boyfriend who is a meat cutter. He said he loves it, its very sharp. Cuts exactly how he wanted it to.

This is my second cutluxe cleaver. I lost by first one off the back of my truck. I had that one for almost 4 years where I cut almost a ton of chicken for charity and only ever lined the edge with a diamond rod.

This meat cleaver is AWESOME!!!

I took a chance and bought both of the larger knives good for chopping from this brand. The cleaver is absolutely beautiful and has a nice balance and weight. It comes sharp right out of the box. The handle has a full tang to ensure the handle never breaks. There are visible machining marks on the sides of the blade since this appears to be cut from a solid piece of metal. I wish companies would not place their logo and catch phrases on their products, but that laser marking should come off when I polish the sides to remove the machining marks. The packaging is really fancy. Each box has an outer sleeve and an inner box. The box has at least (3) neodymium magnets for the flap. They should have taken the money put into the packaging and used that money for the product, but overall it is a good value for the money.

La resistenza dell'acciaio é proporzionale all'uso, innovativo per l'occidente e tradizionale in oriente, delle mannaie leggere per la triturazione delle verdure e della polpa di carne. L'ampiezza della lama, ossia la profondità di taglio, non é un dato fornito sui depliant. É, al contrario, la precisa ragione per l'acquisto di questi due bellissimi coltelli. Non vanno assolutamente usati per colpi da machete sulle ossa o per sfilettare, in quanto hanno un altra vocazione. Ne sono molto contento sia per la linea e sia per il rapporto qualità - prezzo!
