Great solar panels for charging my 12V batteries for my LED lights in my barn.
Bough two of these flexible solar panels. I use them to charge 12 volt deep cycle batteries and power 12 volt LED lights on my barn. They work great. Plenty of power for my LED lights. I have two deep cycle batteries that normally last up to 6 days powering my 12 LED light in a large barn. My solar panels are permanently installed on a post outside of my barn at the proper angle for my area of the country. Only draw back is that they have to be cleaned periodically - lot of corn and soybeans farmers near me and the dust has to be wiped off. Also have to make sure snow is removed in the winter time.

Requires 100% sun and still low output
These are a joke. Apparently they are too cheap to put an extra 10 cents worth of diodes to prevent power drain in slight shade. The MOST I’ve been able to get with these was about 150 watts at high noon for less than ten minutes, then dropped down below a hundred. The biggest problem with these is if you even have a sliver of shade, they go down to below 10 watts. This is because they do not have the diode I’m talking about. I’m not exaggerating either, if there’s even two inches of shade on one side, the entire panel stops working and your power output will go from 45w (what I typically get from the 200 w panel in pure sun) down to 9w. Don’t get these, they’re absolutely terrible.

Great
These are really great panels. But based on prior purchases I wouldn’t expect more than 6 years of life glued down to the roof of an RV.

Quality
This is a good quality panel for what it is. I wish I would have known ahead of time that the flex panels simply aren't as efficient as the glass panels. I max out under a hundred watts input on a 200 watt panel in direct sun. I only have a voltage loss of. 1v throughout the cabling to my power station . I'm returning it and getting a ShadowFlux 200 as I think Renergy is a good brand and their craftsmanship is great, however the flex is just simply not for my application.
