Works great better than pills!!

I don’t have nausea from these like I do when I take vitamin D pills that’s why I needed to find an alternative.

I'm fairly skeptical of patch based vitamins, that being said, these are easy to apply and use. I found that overnight, the edges did not stay adhered to the skin on my arm. The middle part of the patch stayed stuck enough to make it through the night. Removal was easy, but left the skin feeling slightly sticky.

I've used a variety of patches, and this is the 1st that left a sticky residue when removed.

I used these faithfully for 7 weeks and just had my blood tested. There was ZERO increase in my D3 ! ZERO. I don't see any reason to keep buying them if they didn't raise my D3 by even 1 point! Great idea, but failed the blood test.

It may not work for me.

It's difficult to tell if it is effective since this doesn't give a boost of energy or focus as other patches (not vitamin d ones) have. It didn't stay in place very well. I felt no different that before using them. So I honestly don't know if it works or not.
