THOUGHTS This acupressure mat is a serious game changer for daily life! When I first purchased the mat on Amazon, I wasn’t sure if I would be implementing it into my daily routine but after my first 5 minutes on the mat on the first day, I was surprised by how good it made me feel. EXPERIENCE There is an initial tingle, then a mild but pleasant burn on your back — I always used it without any clothing, but you can wear a thin cotton shirt if you prefer. I honestly felt better BLOOD CIRCULATION and my back, therefore my entire body, fell into RELAXATION. OTHER The price point is incredibly reasonable, you’re basically having a massage at home which you’ll pay for only once. The aesthetic of the mat is also super sophisticated and luxe, making it feel and look expensive despite the price paid for it. Definitely highly recommend to anyone who faces chronic back pains or aches, or would like to prevent back pains in general. Not much time is needed to commit every day - as simple as brushing your teeth or jumping in to the shower. Do yourself a favour and buy this mat!

I m very pleased with my purchase. I use it every other day and it helps with letting go of stress. It helped me build resilience and increase focus. I m very happy with the quality and the style as well.

This works really well to soothe back pain. However its not as effective as the more expensive versions but is easier to tolerate the initial discomfort if you are a first time user

I bought this set to use for myself and my family. The quality of the product is excellent, it arrived super quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with the presentation. There is a personalized note on the inside which is always a great touch. I have been using it regularly and I am happy with the results so far. Would highly recommend!

Takes a little to get used to the pinches but wow. I should have bought this a while ago. I suggest you use it as the instructions manual say; with a light cotton shirt or blouse or bare skin. It really helped me with my back pains.

I have been using it every day for a month now and I really like the experience. The travel bag came in handy. The design is really nice as well and looks good on my floor (I'm too lazy to put it in the closet every time I use it:)

Really happy with this product. The price range is great for the matt & pillow. Packaging comes in a bag with a personalised note and instructions on how to utilise the product. Really felt the difference - instead of paying for acupuncture you have one at home at your disposal felt a big difference! Quality is great materials are good highly recommend. I also received this next day from placing my order. Love that!

It's foam fitted, not coconut. That means it's too soft for doing the job that is supposed to. Don't be cheap like me and pay a little bit more and get a proper mat so you can feel the spikes when you lay down. It has be coconut fitted !

Love the quality and presentation of this product, and the color choice is excellent. I’ve been using acupressure mats before, but this one is very well done and elegant.

Not sure if it works because it’s uncomfortable and takes your mind off other pains ha ha. But it’s kinda soothing afterwards…. Hurts so good

I'm impressed with this mat. I've definitely noticed improved circulation in my feet. I stand on the mat without socks a couple times a day while I work (at my computer from home). I've been using it for five minutes at a time, and when I first started using it my toes would have a purplish hue (on the underside) when I was done. After just a couple weeks of use, I've noticed that has mostly gone away. I knew I had cold feet, so I guess I wasn't shocked by this, but this is a fantastic improvement. I will say that the first time stepping on the mat without socks is pretty uncomfortable. (I actually started with socks on, but quickly moved to standing on it without socks.) I had to shift my weight quite a bit to stay on the mat for more than a couple minutes at first. I don't know that I'll ever get past that first jolt of discomfort when first stepping on to the mat, but five minutes goes by pretty easily now. I haven't laid on the mat much. I did do so a couple times (without a shirt), and that was not nearly as uncomfortable for me as standing on it. It also didn't do much for me, so I'm guessing I just didn't have as much of a need in those areas. In terms of quality...I love the quality of the instructional book. They did a really great job of introducing the mat, letting you know how long to use it for different body areas, and how to ease into the treatment. The rosettes also seem to be of very good quality. I might wish the black fabric itself were of higher quality, but I don't know that I believe it is in danger of tearing or falling apart. I just don't think it will look new for long. All in all - I definitely recommend this mat though!

The spikes are not too sharp and I didn’t feel any pressure, it is too soft. I returned it and will look for another one more advanced.
