RPM-BPACC-04 Home Blood Pressure Monitor AC Adaptor

This AC adaptor is the perfect accessory for the Welch Allyn Home 1500 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. The BP monitor works like a charm with this adaptor and without batteries. I am very pleased that I purchased this AC adaptor when I purchased the BP monitor. The combination is extremely easy to use.

Purchased the 1077 series blood pressure machine based on my experience with other Welch Allyn products. Pros: reliable company, easy to use, easy assembly (blood pressure tube to machine), quick reading, big screen and numbers, portable and easily stored, cost was reasonable. Cons: battery operated (had to separately purchase the AC adaptor), had to purchase the extra large cuff, extra cost of AC adapter/extra large cuff. Both the AC adapter and extra large cuff can be purchased at Amazon for this product.

Product is amazing but the app sucks

Only downside is not designed for two users on Bluetooth. We called customer service and they explained a couple of work around as for that, a bit of effort but doable. We repair to our own phone app with different device name when switching user. Works but a bit time consuming. I asked customer service if FDA approved and was told yes and he explained how to determine that. Website does not specifically report that.

I have the Welch Allyn blood pressure cuff and this just makes like easier without having to change batteries. Works just as it should. It is white. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Think again before purchasing this power supply. Consider when and where you will be using the monitor and whether you want to set it up with AC power, everytime you use it. I sure thought I needed it, but the battery function of the Welch Allyn 1700 Series BP monitors work really well and I'm still using my original batteries, months after my purchase. I am very impressed with the monitor, but I believe the reason it doesn't include the AC power supply in the box, is because you just won't need it. I've never seen a monitor pump up so fast, running on battery and the power supply makes no difference in timing or speed. Don't waste you money, unless the monitor will stay at a patient's bedside for years. Portability is awesome!

Easy setup, paired to my phone first try. Seems to be accurate & is easy to use. I love the way it saves my readings & I can email to myself & then print so I have a hard copy to show my Cardiologist. It also lets me know if I’m not holding still. The only thing I would ask is for a simple way to track another person at the same time.

The cord between the cuff and the machine could be longer. Other than that, I love this machine more than any other I’ve owned.
