Comfortable, secure and well made
I’ve used Op/Tech straps on cameras and binoculars for over 20 years. They’re comfortable, secure, easy to fit and long lasting. The wide padding is particularly good at spreading the weight of a camera and larger lens, and with binoculars can be worn for many hours. My latest purchase appears to be as well made as the first many years ago.

Excellent. Very comfortable.
This strap is just what I needed for lugging my D700 + battery pack + heavy lens around my neck. It's got a nice, wide strap with rubberised dots on the reverse of it, so it stays put and doesn't slip around on your neck, or slip off your shoulder, if that's where you're carrying it. The loops which fasten to the camera are very robust, and it's finished extremely well. The neck piece is slightly elastic, and gives slightly when you walk, which will give the camera a more cushioned ride while taking some of the jarring out of your neck & shoulder. Highly recommended. Can be fitted (or removed) in seconds, and the main shoulder piece can be detached from the eye loops on the camera easily in case you need to squeeze it all into a small camera bag and don;t want the shoulder strap jammed in there with it.

Good strap but too short
Strap is well made and is strong enough for a heavy camera and long lens. But it is just a bit short for me with no length adjustment

Probably the most comfortable camera strap you can buy.
I've been using an Op-Tech strap for ten years. I thought a new camera deserves a new strap, so I bought another Op-Tech. I look at what's available from time to time but I've not found anything more comfortable. The strap is wide and well padded, ideal for carrying a camera for extended periods of time. Recommended.

Excellent bit of kit. Now own three!
I now have three of these straps. I love them as the clipped parts make them so adaptable. If carrying just one camera I use the optech neoprene strap which is lovely and comfy, if though using two cameras or a long day with one I will use my multi camera harness. I unclipped the optech middle section then use the two end sections linked together as a safety strap with my harness. This makes it much sturdier and more reliable than some of the specialist safety straps which are often quite flimsy imho. I buy a new one of these straps for every camera body I buy now! The only change I would make would be to have looped ends for tidiness rather than the strap and plastic stopper thing that need to be looped/threaded through etc.

Affordable, well made, does the job nicely.
I was looking for a less conspicuous strap, one without the camera manufacturer's brand pasted all over it for the sake of travelling and safety. I had also heard the benefits of the weight spreading neoprene strap, and I must say I can feel a great deal of difference from the standard strap that comes with the camera. Even with a heavy set up such as my Canon 5D Mark II, 24-104 f/4L and a flash it does not cut into your neck and bounce about when walking due to the elastic material the strap is made out of. I would highly recommend this product.

Good quality strap
Good quality strap. However, for binocular use, if you have a rain guard that the strap needs to go through, you will find it very difficult to fit and connect to binos. I managed in the end but very awkward. If using for a camera should be no issues.

Better than the original Nikon strap
Bought as a replacement for a missing strap for a second hand D600. Better than the original in that it is slightly more comfortable. Also good that there is no logo: why advertise that you have an expensive Nikon? Fractionally shorter, but not enough to make it worth getting extension straps. I suppose the catches might give way, but only if you fiddle with them -- I don't think it is worth getting the velcro safety addons. Overall a cheap and effective alternative to the original -- a bit less good looking but nicer to wear.

Used as a substitute for an older OPTECH strap in this series. Easier to install compared to earlier OPTECH offerings. Comfort level identical.
