I see complaints that the package comes damaged and wont be replaced. So if ordered and arrived damaged you offer nothing?

The description says "organic" but on the package it just says ground vanilla beans for ingredients. Is it organic or not?

What country are these beans from and where is this product manufactured and packaged? Are these beans previously used for extract?

As per the description provided: "Fresh Madagascar Vanilla Bean Powder Ground from Whole Vanilla Pods from Late 2022 - 2023 Crop Sustainably Sourced at Fair Market Prices" It is my understanding they do not use beans used in extract.

Excellent product. So easy for all types of cooking. This vanilla powder has a rich taste and aroma. It’s very easy to incorporate into any dish or drink. I split the package in half and freeze one half in the sealed package and put the other half into a sealed jar.
