Reed Diffuser Orange

I really love the fresh smell from this diffuser but I just cannot believe how quickly the oil disappears on a daily basis.

One of the better fruit diffusers. Natural orange smell and lasts well so good value for money. Quite a narrow bottle so best kept where it won’t get knocked over. Strong when just opened but smell mellows after a few days.

The reeds wick very well and the scent throw is good, however, the orange aroma is very artificial - it smells like orange boiled sweets rather than natural orange.

I really love the smell of this Orange Reed and was impressed with the fact that every time I went into the toilet, where I had put it, it filled the room. Initially it went down very quickly and I was extremely sceptical that it would last for the full 10 weeks, but I was pleasantly surprised. Although it didn't last the 10 weeks, it actually lasted 9 weeks which is fairly close. The one thing I did notice is that the strong smell didn't last for the full 9 weeks but it still did the job i.e. ate up any unpleasant smells. For the last week or so, before it ran out, I had to start turning the reeds to get the smell into the room again so maybe that is why it didn't last the full 10 weeks. I find with a diffuser that it eats up any unpleasant smells and they disappear whereas an air freshener just masks the smells. Would I buy it again...yes. Would I recommend it....yes.

I have diffuser's in many rooms in my house so am a bit of an expert on them. This particular diffuser is just one of my many favorites. The fragrance is stunning, it has a crisp mandarin scent that transports me to the orange groves in Cyprus. This also comes in a elegant, contemporary style glass bottle with the eight bamboo sticks, it came well packaged with no breaks or spills :) It contains 100ml fragrance oil, No fire-risks, Can be left safely unattended, and lasts for weeks :) This will diffuse in your house filling your home with a fresh citrus smell. I cannot recommend this product highly enough, would make a very special gift!

I bought this product because I dislike the chemical 'plug ins' that people usually buy (which are actually REALLY bad for your health).....I'm actually very dubious about the "naturalness" of this product,I note that "Aroma" is listed first on the ingredients list & I'm sure that this perfume could be anything!! Expressed citrus peel oil is listed secondary and I suspect that "Aroma" is probably artificial chemicals with a minute amount of natural oil added!! Initially the smell is quite pleasant,but after a while I found it rather sickly and unpleasant (it made my throat sore!!) ,it certainly DOES NOT smell remotely natural and I suspect that if it was analysed you would find that it's 99.9% chemicals......I could be wrong,but I doubt it!! Update:I woke up 2 days after submitting my original review and the smell of this product permeating my home literally made me feel sick,I was actually gagging/trying not to be sick.....it REALLY is (for me) the most nauseating artificial smell,I had to wrap the sticks in sealed food bags and throw them away and open all my windows & the stench of this product still lingered,I had to mop my kitchen floor with bleach just so that I could smell something else,god only knows how I will dispose of the "natural" bottled perfume.....I'm sure it must be a danger to the environment!! I'm not normally so scathing when writing a review....but (for me) this product is just HORRIBLE & I cannot believe it is 100% natural as implied by the manufacturer.

I really like this product. It is hard ( as I really like citrus scents ) to find strong citrus smells in Reed defused ( or any other air fresheners ) but this is fantastic. Even just sat in living room I get wafts of it but it’s even better when I get home in the evening after work as I get a “ whoosh “ of fragrance from it that I stand there and take it in!!!! Best reed defuser I have ever bought. I would recommend it to all.

This reed diffuser comes attractively boxed with a display window. There are 6 fragrance options and I went for the orange one, which had a good orange scent, which soon fills the room, and I like it in the hallway. The 100ml liquid is in an attractive square bottle at 13cm x 5cm x 4cm. The 8 bamboo sticks are 25cm long. One thing to take care of is when removing the stopper not to spill any of the liquid. I think that the diffuser would make a relaxing gift for birthdays or Mother’s day. I would particularly like this one in the house around Christmastime.
