Excellent for hand conditioning but the more junior user may find this product a bit harsh on the hands. That said, use training mits in the beginning and then remove when your hands are more trained. I love this bag and feel it is great for my kung fu punches.

Good quality product with fast delivery. I was sceptical at first since the product picture is rather low-res with the lightning quality making it look almost shiny (as if it was made of plastic or something else rather than canvas), but I took a chance and it was exactly what I had hoped for!

Decent quality wall bag. I've used it quite a bit and it's holding up well with quite a lot of weight in the pouches. Good quality for the price.

Good product, sturdy and once filled makes an excellent striking pad. Only watch out is it takes a lot of rice to fill this up - I used 10kg in mine

I filled mine with sand. However it seems to leak from the seams which has forced me to consider filling it with rice. Also, I'm probably going to purchase a leather padded once as an alternative due to too many friction burns caused on my knuckles. Yet, it's a good bag for entry level training, but definitely not for heavy duty wear.

Very durable. The material with which it was built did not disappoint my expectations. I filled the sections for now only with plain rice and chickpeas (adding salt) and I used it for a long time now. Resistance very good, recommended product.

Arrived next day, great condition. Took 8 and 1/2 bags (1kg) to fill. Recommend.
