Exactly as described. But you have to thread the string through- it comes with the string but factor the time for this.

plenty of flags and ribbon to make a long length, but you have to string them in yourself and this takes ages - don’t try to do it immediately before the party , give yourself time!

Bought to decorate the living room for my grandsons 6th birthday. He is mad on power rangers and ninjas and will love this banner. The flags are a decent size and look to be of good quality

It has to be assembled but it’s great quality and other than the ribbon, no plastic! My son now has the ninja bunting in his bedroom and he loves it.
