If you can afford to buy 5kg/11lbs of Cocoa powder at once, this is the way to go. Buying in bulk brings the cost down to below $10 a pound for what Cooks Illustrated rates the best cocoa powder for baking (and I agree). I usually sell a few pounds to friends so it's not sitting around too long, but you'll be blown away by the rich smell when you open the bag....

Not the same product that i got from a restaurant supply store..Very dissappointed bec i cant return it for i sent it overseas...I wont recommend this for the price,its basically a loss

Does not have the bitter chocolate taste I am fond of. Need for adding sugar or flavoring greater than other unsweetened cocoa powder.
