Its glass so its not preferred
These are glass. Not safe. Notbfor kids anyway. Broke and it was a mess.

Keep in the fridge-Feels great
I bought these for my wife as a Christmas gift. She keeps them in the refrigerator and uses them after facial treatments and when she has headaches. I highly recommend them.

Multiple damaged items, manufacturer won't replace item.
Zero stars if I could give. I ordered this product FOUR times. THREE times they have been damaged. Broken, and the cooling gel has leaked all over. I returned once, received a replacement. That was fine. Ordered another set, those were broken and the replacement for that was broken. After proceeding to go through returning them again, the company wouldn't sent a replacement only a promotional credit, and STILL wanted me to take more time out of my schedule to return the items. I won't be returning the damaged items. And I'll never order from this manufacturer again. Amazon customer service was good, customer service from the manufacturer was not.

So much better than ice cubes or gel packs.
Love these! I’ve tried all the ice cube things that melt and make a mess and the gel packs that don’t hold the cold. These are perfect! Chilled, quality, a wrap to hold them by. Would order an again!

Functional but fragile
These are decent quality but I'd be aware they are a little bit thinner than the ones that I'm used to seeing. Be very careful as even if you lay them on the table and they roll against each other even casually they will shatter. Other than that they stay nice and cool they're the right size for an adult or a preteen.

I am an esthetician and my sensitive skin clients love to finish off their facial with this! Calms any irritation from any products in the facial. Very easy to use I store them in a skincare fridge and pull them out while my client is masking and they are the perfect temperature by the time I put on finishing products!
