Everyday Bread: 100 Recipes for Baking Bread on Your Schedule Review: Another America's Test Kitchen Winner - The thing that I love about America's Test Kitchen books is that every single recipe is a winner. Their recipes are tested, re-tested and re-re-tested. There are never any typos with measurements and no errors in instructions. As a general rule of thumb, if someone finds that one of their recipes fails, they made a mistake. It's not the recipe. This book is no exception. it's filled with a nice variety of breads that you can serve any day of the week. Simple, basic breads and more difficult breads. This is a great cookbook for both novice bread makers (as well as people who have never baked bread ever) and those with more experience. Another solid winner from the folks at ATK. Review: My new go-to recipes - The no-knead master recipes are more than worth the price of the book. I've tried 5 recipes so far - garlic-herb butter rolls, the no-knead brioche, rustic rye, and the basic rustic loaf. Each one better than the last. I was surprised but yes you can make bakery quality artisan bread with these recipes. There is no need for special equipment for the rustic breads other than a dutch oven and the technique is really very simple, no muscle power or a dough hook required. The brioche was just as easy and came out beautifully. The instructions are clear and the timelines and detailed photos very helpful. I also tried the three- ingredient bread, and yes there is a typo in the amount of beer. It actually takes about one can to make a soft, wet dough. However, once you get the amount of beer down, it's a fantastically simple recipe, faster than biscuits with a nice yeasty undertone. Just slowly pour the beer into the flour until you get a wet dough, pour into the pan and bake. No recipe required. This book is definitely a keeper.

Wow! I cannot believe how delicious everything is!I
I have made the sausage pull apart rolls, the fluffy dinner rolls, the whole wheat oatmeal loaf and the oatmeal dinner rolls. As a home baker, I was shocked to be able to create professional quality bread, which tasted as good or better than anything I have ever purchased from a restaurant or bakery. The method is clear. The texture is perfect. The flavor is wow!!! I did only give 4 stars, because there were quite a few repeats from the “Savory Baker,” but there are plenty of new recipes to to love in “Everyday Bread!”

Great Bread Recipes
I bought this book for Christmas as a gift for family. I did look through the book before I wrapped it and dang, I wish I bought a copy for myself. Lots of good information and recipes. Things are laid out in an easy-to-follow fashion and beautiful photos. I would highly recommend this book.

Terrific reference for creative bread recipes
This book is a fine reference when trying out various bread recipes, whether quick bread (no yeast needed) or yeast based loaves. The recipes can also be adapted to a bread machine. The only criticism is that it is a heavy book, and when shipping, Amazon should wrap it in secure bubble wrap to reduce adverse impacts to binding in transit.

Love this book!
Originally, I borrowed this book from my public library, but I loved it so much I had to buy a copy! Recipes are relatively easy, well explained, and soo tasty! If you're a beginner/intermediate baker, I think this is a good choice!

Has a lot about rustic bread which was what I was looking for. Also has a lot of quick bread recipes which I wasn’t looking for.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife who liked it very much. The book is yet another one in her collection of bread baking books and the production quality of this volume is high. I recommend it to anyone in the market for a book about making bread -- as does my wife!
