This is my second time buying this product, the first time I bought the exact product from a local supplement shop, but they had run out. I had to order it because it works well for me , I usually pair it with magnesium bisglycinate just before bedtime. I don't use L thianine everyday but only for the days I really need it and want to have a good quality sleep, it works well for me. I value my sleep and will definitely buy again!

If,like me, you appreciate honest reviews then hopefully you may gain something from this. My wife has been going through the menopause -with bad mood swings,anxiety and insomnia.Wanting to avoid prescription drugs she trawled the internet for the best alternative. We narrowed it down Theanine and 5htp. Then we looked for the best rated products but found most customers had been compensated to write a glowing report. It totally put us off. There are so many products all promising miracles. It can get quite overwhelming as to what to choose. Each product will have a different effect on different people.We can only judge these from our experience. I will be blunt, I think this product is expensive, too expensive ...but that said it HAS helped my wife get some much needed sleep. In her words "these tablets are mild. They calmed her down ,made her feel less anxious and allowed her to sleep.However they have had no impact on her low mood so if things do not improve before the course finishes out she will then try 5HTP . If things improve she would buy a version of theanine and lemon balm again. They caused no adverse side effects, which is a good thing. I have given 5 stars as the product has proven valuable to my wife but maybe for those seeking help with depression or moods swings these tablets would be an expensive mistake.

Amazingly, this seems to work for me. I'm mid-forties and sometimes can't get to sleep (mind goes into overdrive). I take one of these in the evening and about 30-45 minutes later I definitely notice I feel more relaxed, and can drift off to sleep quite easily. I also feel it helps with sleep quality. I'm not sure I'd take this during the day as think I'd feel too drowsy, but for some people I can imagine it might help. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a natural way to help them drift off to sleep.

I’ve ordered this product 3 times & am quite satisfied with it. It does help with anxiety and stress. I find myself calm and content. The only problem is that they don’t bubble-wrap or protect the bottles during delivery. This time I ordered 3 bottles; 2 arrived fine but one was completely shattered (little shards or glass mixed with the capsules in the box, so I couldn't use those capsules out of fear of swallowing glass). I hope the seller reimburses me for it.

Take care with these. I took them for anxiety and at first, after a few days they seemed to help calm my nerves and aid sleep. However, after about 3 weeks taking one a day in the morning and occasionally one at night, I started getting palpitations...a skipped heartbeat and this is worse with alcohol. My sleep is awful and the palpitations are getting worse and are causing high anxiety. If you google L Theanine, you will see this is fairly common. I am stopping taking them today and will report back if the palpitations cease. There should be a warning in the listing and/or on the bottle IMO. Edit : Three days later after stopping taking these, the palpitations, which had become very scary... have stopped. Pills went in the bin. IMO these are dangerous.
