It says freshly roasted. Can I expect it to be roasted within a week (or 2) of having it delivered?

If you order direct from Rave in the Marketplace it will be roasted and dispatched the same day. If you buy from Amazon it will will be a few weeks old. Well worth the extra 20p to buy direct.

How to keep it fresh once package is opened?

DO NOT PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE!Sorry to go all caps on you but anyone that tells you to do that doesn't know what they're talking about. There's lot of science on the web that explains this in more detail than I could but put simply the fridge takes the flavour away from the beans.The best thing to do is have it in an air tight container in a cool and dark cupboard, away from sunlight.

Does this coffee actually contain nuts, as it mentions notes of walnut on the packaging?

No, the coffee does not contain any nuts. It is purely coffee beans. The mention of walnut relates to the tasting notes of the bean.

Super fresh coffee

As you can see by the date on the bottom right of the package, This coffee is super fresh. I didn't wait that long and tried it. Tastes amazing. I know its good to wait 3 -10 days after a roast but I wanted to give it a try. Wow. Apparently it gets better with time due to the freshness being only one day apart. Highly recommended.

Great coffee great customer service!

Came across these when had a coffee at my daughters a couple of weeks ago! Liked so much I went and ordered some same day lol! I’m now on a regular subscription with Rave as these have immediately become my go to bean!! Delivery was rapid both times I’ve had a delivery ! Started with 250g and jumped straight in on the kilo bags!

I have been buying this for a while now and keep returning! Great flavour, freshly roasted and pretty quickly delivered. I use this mostly in milk drinks as it cuts through very well with a nutty roast flavour that everyone favorably comments on.

Good coffee, rarely arrives

Good coffee, however the company uses Royal Mail which is a notoriously unreliable delivery service in the UK, it won’t be long before it collapses entirely. For example Royal Mail cannot seem to grasp that most people work full time during normal working hours, so will just redeliver your items when you are not there until it’s returned to sender or lost. Companies simply cannot be using a service stuck in 1999 to partner with in 2024 if they wish to remain competitive. Almost all people will be willing to pay a very small fee to get their products when they actually want them, just so you know…..

Great taste, not too deep, with some smooth silky finish. It is strong enough to wake you up in the morning but not too strong to kill you in case you'll have it for empty stomach .

Great Coffee

My wife and I have been drinking this coffee daily for several weeks now. It is deep and well rounded in the cup with enough presence to punch through even longer milky drinks very well. The roast is dark, close to full city, but not so dark as to obliterate all of the character of the beans. Very good as an espresso.
