Better than a lap desk, better than that long arm bendy pole thing. This is sturdy, yet simple and light weight. Easy to travel with or sit on the couch with it in my lap. I also lay it flat and use it as a surface to put my notebook on when Journaling. Seriously, it is such a great little thing.

I needed something to hold my iPad on my lap at a perfect angle to leave my hands free so that I can read my ebook while holding a cup of tea in one hand and a cookie in the other. This little stand is lightweight yet holds my iPad perfectly even when I shift positions. I have a frame on my iPad with a flap cover and it works fine.

UPDATE: I found that if you use a cheap toothbrush, one with no bristle curves. It cleans up the pet hair and lint fairly easy :) I absolutely love this product! It has a sleek, high-end look and securely holds my 12-inch iPad. The only drawback is that the rubberized holder attracts pet hair and is quite difficult to clean. However, aside from that minor issue, it functions exactly as intended and performs well.

Do you really need a tablet stand for watching Hulu in bed? What about one for displaying a paper you’re reading in bed and taking notes on another device? Yes, if you want to be at the pinnacle of comfort and accessibility, get this pillow stand. I really like this stand because of how adjustable it is, how light it is, and how sturdy or steady it is. I use it to display one iPad and stream a show while journaling or displaying an e-textbook while taking notes in bed on another iPad. I don’t use the zipper pouch when I’m home, or the pencil strap, but when I’m traveling and throw this pillow in my backpack I like how it secures my AirPods and pencil. It settles well on a bed and doesn’t fall over when a pet jumps up and bounces the mattress. The tablet doesn’t tip regardless of vertical or horizontal use. You can have it displaying your tablet comfortably while also snuggled into bed on your side, for example. I got this for an extensive recovery where I was bed bound and couldn’t hold anything up for the length of an episode, but I still use it whenever I want to stream something. Makes a great gift to anyone going off to college or going through surgical recovery when they’re spending time in bed. Also, when you’re not using it you can flatten it super easily and it’s a small cushion that can sit on a bed or under it and take up minimal space, unlike other large tablet or book stands.

I had to watch the video and read the instructions to figure out which way to put it to hold my device. Works very well and folds flat to save space.

I was a bit disappointed with this item. It's a little hard to get it to hold a position. It will work, but not the best.

The JSAUX pillow Stand an Device Dock turned out to be of valuable assistance to me during extended phone calls, and Zoom calls, freeing up one or both hands to take notes or turn pages of a book , as necessary when taking on-line classes or book discussions. This pillow stand accommodation my 10" screen tablets in vertical or horizontal mode, and is great for hands free phone calls. It puts together logically, is nicely designed, well made, soft to the touch, and the cover unzips to remove to wash. It sits nicely on laps, bed pillow, table top, or recliner arm. And the viewing angle is adjustable. I chose the velvety blue model and it is used daily for most of my phone and tablet screen time.

Like some of the other reviews, this is not my first lap stand pillow. I purchased it many months ago to replace the previous one. My previous pillow stand was accidentally packed and put into storage awaiting repairs to my home. I found this one. I loved the description of it. I believed at the time that would be a great temporary solution for my needs and I would eventually just pack it away and use only while traveling. I was wrong! I absolutely love it. I use it with my kindle fire tablets as well as my cell phone and e reader. It goes from the living room to the bedroom. Traveling with it is great. I love how it folds flat and fits in the car door side side pocket. I use the mesh pocket on the back for several items not necessarily at the same tme. A pair of earphones , my eye glasses, charging cable for my electronics and the like. I have found that I can use zipper access on the bottom to secure stylus, ink pen, a fingernail file and other small items I have found that I don't mind a few lumps on the bottom of the pilliow. The only design change I would wish for is a way to secure the mesh pocket with a zipper or Velcro maybe.. I have had items come out of the pocket at the most inconvenient times. Other than that it is a nice sturdy lap pillow. I also figured the cost was low enough that if I hated it no big deal. I am so happy with the price, the value and the design for most part. I am considering purchasing another for a spare and for traveling purposes. I will not share mine but will encourage the purchase of it.
