Quite a nice product, i bought it to fit my CF card for my camera snd it recognised my card instantly. Was worried that it may not detect on my MacBook machine but it connected with no problems. Its nice and fast, the build quality its nice and has plentiful of card options. It works well with my macbook and windows and with an adapter to USB-C it works with almost most of my devices. Would 100% recommend to others

Speed seems to be as expected, nice and snappy, and putting a CF card is a lot easier and more confidence inspiring than other similarly affordable offerings. With others it can feel a bit precarious putting the CF card in the slot and like you have to be careful or precise when inserting it, whereas with this model it is easy - an obvious and smooth slot. It sounds obvious but the last CF reader I bought off amazon was a little bit cheaper, but it felt like I was going to break either the card or the reader every time I used it. There was just too much play in the slot to be safe or practical. With this UGREEN card reader the tolerances are nice and tight so there is no doubt when inserting a card. I continue to be impressed with UGREEN products, they seem to strike a good balance of being affordable but also not crap. I only with it had a detatchable USB-C cable instead of the built in USB-A, but in fairness compact flash is hardly a popular or contemporary memory card.

Great for the older specification cards but can't read all of the newer, faster SD card types. At least mine doesn't read SDHC or above.

Bought one of these in 2017 and it STILL works to this day, I have used it to image approximately 400 to 600 micro SD cards over that time, I even bought a spare in case it died and I needed it, thats still in a cupboard sealed. I only recently retired this one for the smaller one as it seems to work a little faster, but doesnt have as many option so keeping this on standby should i need to read a CF or Memory stick pro!. I have had 3 or 4 Ugreen products and EVERY one has been stellar, reliable and easy to use.

UGREEN stuff is generally good and this does not disappoint. What I really like is that I can eject the compact flash card on my PC and then remove the card from the reader but not disconnect the readers USB cable from the PC, and then later I can plug the card back in again without every unplugging and replugging the reader. Which does not work on all readers!

Works straight away with all my different data storage devices both at home and at work making it ideal to have a single device to bring around versus a daisy chain of adapters. Nice compact size, acceptable speed when in use and is a great tool to have for anyone who uses a computer in general

This item is well built, and does the job really well, connecting at high speeds with the right cards and connected to USB3. It's a worthwhile product if you need to connect lots of different styles of SD cards, especially if you need to shift large videos to the PC at decent speeds, and I can't fault the build quality in any way. It's solidly constructed and doesn't seem like it will break if thrown into a bag. However, it's not without it's flaws. #1 Cable Length. It's a strange length. It's too short to run from my desktop to the tabletop. If I run it from my usb hub on the desktop (at USB2 speeds, but that's my hubs fault, not this) then it's too long. This is compounded by the second issue. #2 Item weight. The cable quality is great, it's a proper USB3 cable. But that's where the problems stem from. The actual device is very lightweight. So when you plug the USB end into something, due to the length of the cable, it kind of sits at a wonky angle due to the heft of the cable and the lightweight nature of the device. Minor flaws of an otherwise very good product. It would get 5 stars if they made the cable longer and added a bit of weight to the device itself. With the cable I'd say another 3 inches (5cm) would be enough, and maybe 1/4 oz (7g) weight in the device. Neither are deal breakers, and I will continue to use it, just annoyances that could be fixed with rv2.0

I have enough memory cards to test 3 of the 4 slots (CF, TF, SD) and can confirm it will effortlessly support reading and writing to all 3 at the same time. The available bandwidth does get shared between the cards, I don't think I have a card fast enough to max out this reader in single card mode, but I can with multiple cards, results as follows: 1 CF card: read 88MB/s (probably limit of card) 1 SD card: read 66MB/S (probably limit of card) 1 CF 1 SD: read 52MB/s on CF and 29 on SD (lower than individual speeds seen above) - See picture 1 CF 1 TF 1 SD: read 21MB/s on all 3 cards. When writing to the cards there is also a slowdown writing to multiple cards verses writing to each of them individually, but the speeds are much lower anyway as flash memory is slower to write. Note that you can have multiple cards plugged in and get full speed writing to one of them, it is only when you write to more than one at the same time that it starts slowing down a bit. When this reader is plugged in it will come up (on Windows) as 4 new drives, when you plug a card in that drive will be loaded with that card, so it behaves just like a CD drive does on your PC. The cable is pretty short, but ok if you want it sat on top your computer or straight into a hub or side of a laptop. It is long enough to be able to pick up the reader to insert a card. Design is sensible, cards easy to insert, you can get smaller readers than this, but a bit more size makes it easier to use. You will need an extension cable to sit it on a desk if the computer is underneath

Ottimo adattatore, mai avuto problemi durante il suo utilizzo. Personalmente ho solo usato la porta micro SD e con il sistema operativo Windows, e la velocità di trasferimento è ottima, sempre in base alla memoria collegata. Consigliato
