ELMconfig USB device 500kbit/s ELM327 compatible interface with MS-CAN switch for Forscan FoCCCus OBD2 diagnostics …

Used this with forscan to add a third key to the immobilizer in my ford fiesta 08 plate zetec climate. Easy to use, well built, no configuration problems with forscan 2.3.34 beta, was just plug and play. See video, it worked and I saved myself like £50, costs around £100 to get it done professionally. Advice, do not erase keys, you do not need to.

Brilliant bit of essential kit. Downloaded forscan on laptop, plugged into obd port, fantastic what it can do, unlike cheaper readers that are at best basic, this allows all sorts of resets etc.

Well made and works well on the vehicles I've tried it on and with the various software I use. The ability to switch between modes is great if you have several cars each requiring different protocols. The USB cable is a good length and although I mainly use it with a laptop I have also been able to use it with my phone/tablet by using a USB OTG cable which is particularly handy when you don't want to be lugging a laptop around.

I bought this on the off chance the Youtube videos were right. They were. I'd bought a Ford Focus which didn't have Sat Nav, but did have a spinning compass. I asked the garage to activate the Sat Nav when it was in for a problem (I'd bought it two weeks previous). When I went to pick it up I was told it would need a whole new unit and several other items. The bill would come in at around £1000. I took a chance and bought this, I also downloaded the free software needed. I plugged it in, took photos of every change I made and then restarted the Sync 2 unit. It came back to life with Sat Nav installed. It took me around 5 minutes, including taking the photos and double checking everything (change one number in the coding). I should mention I also bought the 2nd hand SD card on eBay. One of the best investments I've made.

Works great just a heads up it does take some time to set up but not to bad to do.

Delivered as described and on time. It working fine with FORSCAN for my Ford explorer 2014. It is not connecting with FOCCUS but this is not due due any issue in the device. The device function is perfect

Fonctionne très bien avec mon nouveau ford Mach-e 2021 et un vieux PC windows. Vraiment très simple d'utilisation et le piton H-L fonctionne très bien. Le logiciel nous dit quand le mettre à H ou L. Bref pour le prix, tu peux pas demander mieux.

Package is simple, just a bag with device and CD. Device is clearly some kind of China import, HS/MS switch is wrongly marked (on my device it is marked as HS/HS, confusing but from original picture I was able to determine which position is HS and MS so I don't take it as an serious error). Disc contains driver and Forscan software, both outdated, but it can be easily updated. Device was used with latest Forscan and plugged to Mondeo Mk3 TDDi, reading and programming works flawlessly. I am very satisfied.
