Great pair of scissors. I purchased these to help me get a sharp, crisp edge when I was making some cushions and roller blinds. They really are razor sharp and easily cut through thick fabric and heavy lip cord.

These scissors are sharp. That may seem like a given but not all scissors are equal. I am only using these for cutting fabric. They cut a clean accurate path without drag. Yes they are expensive but having used them I think they are good value for the price. They are well made and comfortable to use right handed. The nut has a hex fitting so can be adjusted if they become loose with use / wear.

Fantastic scissors comes nice and sharp great for cutting cloth

I write this review based on my decades of experiences as a consumer and user of this type of item. This was very slow to be delivered when compared to all the other “prime” delivery items. There has been no explanation. Delivered in a plastic blister pack by which you will need suitable scissors or a sharp knife to open. The scissors are held to card by cable ties. ( unnecessary and annoying.) The finger holes suit left or right and made of a smooth moulded plastic which is comfortable to hold The metal is a hardened steel and VERY sharp. There is a sheath to enclose the scissors when not in use. They are very sharp and I strongly advise using it. The scissors ARE, as I have said, very sharp and have cut everything that I have used them on with ease. Paper, thick hard, meats, bone and heavy duty latex rubber. Overall, I have bought five (5) different pairs during this last week and only this pair suits my needs. The other Fiscars brand scissors were good, the remainder were useless. Ultimately, a little more expense but well worth paying the small difference.

Excellent scissors- no more to say. 5⭐️

I bought these to replace my 25 year old Draper dressmaking shears which were dying of old age. To be fair, over the years my now adult kids had used them for cutting pizza, cardboard, and anything else they needed good scissors for but never thought to use my kitchen scissors! However, as I am on the middle of making some heavyweight wool plaid curtains ( 74” drop x 108” width each ) with blackout lining I needed scissors with more than 1/2” of functioning edge left. These breezed through the fabric instead of struggling and gumming it to death like a toothless shark, and no hand-ache either. They have a perfectly smooth cutting action, no snagging or jamming, and the blades glide through the fabric easily - a perfect combination of perfect sharp edge and optimal blade alignment. I love the addition of a blade guard to protect them from knocks and bumps while not in use ( my kids are now long grown and flown the nest), and I’ve bought the sharpener too so they should give at least as many years of service as my trusty old Drapers.

These scissors work beautifully

Son unas tijeras cómodas, muy manejables y con un corte impecable. Tengo dos diferentes, una para papel y otra para tela y, después de varios meses de uso, sigo muy contenta con ambas, no se han aflojado ni han perdido filo, están como el primer día. Relación calidad-precio estupenda.

Tagliano perfettamente, super affilate e perfette per i tessuti. Attenzione ad utilizzarle solo per quello e non per tagliare altri materiali! Altrimenti si rovinerebbero. Consigliate!
