Gillette Mach3 Turbo Men's Razor

I have shaved my face and my head for over 25 years now, and this is the best razor I have used in all that time, for me it's perfect and I will never ever change it that's for sure. I own two, that's how great they are. I have one in the shower room and one I have in a wash bag in my sports bag for when I shave after a swim, sauna & a steam room at my local leisure centre. 5 stars is not enough, it should have double that. I use a gel foam with it for perfect results.

A good razor at excellent price

I have 2 DE safety razors, a Gillette Fusion, Fusion Power and Wilkinson Sword Hydro 5. The only main razor I have not tried is the Mach3, which everyone seems to rave over. I though out of curiosity I would give it a try. Yes, it is more expensive than a DE safety razor, but the cartridges are cheaper than the Fusion or Wilkinson Sword ones. If you love using a DE razor, lets face it, you will hate this because mainly the cost, but also the feel of it in your hand. I find it a nicely balanced handle, the blades are set further apart than the 5 blade, making cleaning and rinsing easier, less blogging. I find it does not glide over the skin as easy as the Hydro range, and not quite as close as the Fusion range, but this is a happy in-between for me. Its not the best cartridge razor, I believe that lies with the Wilkinson Sword Hydro 5, but it is good and cheaper blades make it a good alternative.

Very good razor. Light and easy to manage. Gives clean close shave. Prompt delivery and came as described.

Cut my face to ribbons but just proves how good these razors are. Sharp but remember to to not go sideways eeeek!

Bonjour, J'ai commandé ce rasoir Gilette Mach3 Turbo, qui a été livré dans un simple sac plastique, sans blister ni les 3 lames qui devaient l'accompagner. Je souhaite être remboursé ou recevoir un vrai rasoir, complet et dont je sois sûr qu'il n'a pas été déjà utilisé.

Der Mach 3 Turbo ist mein erster Nassrasierer, ursprünglich komme ich von elektrischen Rotationsrasierer. Der Rasierer ist in der Handhabung auch als Laie, mit etwas angeeigneten Wissen aus dem Internet, problemlos möglich. Die Rasur sowohl im Gesicht als auch am Körper ist gründlich und einfach gemacht. Der Rasierer liegt dabei gut in der Hand, der teilweise gummierte Griff ermöglicht mir dabei ein entsprechend sicheres Halten in der Hand - auch bei Nässe. Woran ich mich zunächst gewöhnen musste war der individuelle Sound beim Rasieren. Zur Haltbarkeit der Klingen, kann ich mich mangelnde Erfahrung nicht äußern. Ich habe mir jedoch nachdem die dabei liegende Mach 3 Turbo Klingen verbraucht war, die günstigeren Mach 3 Ersatzklingen gekauft. Diese passen problemlos an den Rasierer und sorgen bei mir für sehr sehr ähnliche Ergebnisse. Ich verwende den Mach 3 Turbo inzwischen primär für Rasuren am Körper oder für besondere Anlässe, die eine sehr gründliche Rasuren im Gesicht erfordern, wobei ich bei mir für perfekte Ergebnisse an den Problemstellen meist zweimal rasieren muss. Den Rasierer kann ich auf jedenfall Empfehlen. Bei mir leistet er gute Dienste im Gesicht als auch am Körper.

Ich rasiere mich nur 1 - 3 Mal pro Woche. Die 3 Klingen des Gillette MACH3 sind daher für mich immer noch das Beste, was es auf dem Markt gibt. Sie verstopfen auch bei 3- und 5-Tage-Bärten nicht und gehen gleichzeitig noch sehr pfleglich mit der Haut um. Für den täglichen Gebrauch würde ich allerdings mehr Klingen vorziehen. Mein erster MACH3 Turbo ist nach über 15 Jahren Gebrauch zwar etwas abgegriffen aber immer noch voll funktionsfähig. Er ist immer noch im Reisegepäck, falls ich vergessen sollte, seinen Nachfolger einzupacken. Als "Fan" hatte ich dieses Auslaufmodell übrigens für meinen Sohn zum Ausprobieren bestellt.
