HIP ICE PACK

I've been using the Magic Gel Hip Ice Pack Wrap nearly every day during my recovery from FAI surgery and to manage flare-ups from hip bursitis—and I can't recommend it highly enough. The design contours perfectly to my hip, delivering soothing, targeted cold therapy exactly where I need it. The relief it provides from inflammation and swelling is immediate and noticeable, making tough days so much more manageable. It's durable, easy to use, and stays cold for a good amount of time. Honestly, it's become an indispensable part of my recovery. If you're dealing with hip pain, post-op recovery, or persistent bursitis, this wrap is a brilliant investment. The straps are good quality, if you wanted to you could use it on other parts of the body so it's quite versatile and I have used them for years with no leaks or issue other than the velcro thinning out after approx 4 years!

I found this highly effective at cushioning a sore hip during the night. Once it was on I was not aware of it as a "thing" strapped to me and it didn't interfere with sleep or turning over in the night, but it was just thick enough in the gel department to protect a sore bone. Very adjustable.

I bought the xl im am size 18 the strapping was tighter / shorter than I would of hoped as it was the largest size to fit my hips Other than that its been very good to help with bursitus in hips and thigh just using it against the area sitting . lasts a long time over the recommended 15 to 20 mins of use Easy to use fits in freezer drawer

Ive bought this in readiness for my total hip replacement. Which i have just had and as soon as i leave hospital it will be used. It looks very good quality with sturdy velcro fixings. Im sure it will sooth my hip after exercise or if in pain.

This item is the best for easing off soreness after hip replacement. Easy to fix in place, extremely southing.

Perfect for post-op Total Hip Replacement . Having just had a new hip I have found that cold therapy is really effective for keeping swelling and pain to a minimum. This is much better than trying to use ice packs . TIP: Before freezing it , I wrap it around an empty 2 litre plastic milk bottle . It takes up this shape as it freezes and I just need to cup it over my hip and tighten up the velcro straps when I want to use it . I do 20 mins on hip the slip it down to my knee area for another 20 mins .... (This would be good for back pain also.) PS this is NOT for heat therapy as description might make you think . But used as an ice pack I would highly recommend.

Only gave 3 stars as I feel it defrosts quicker than I hoped but it’s great at first and stays on well

This wrap stays cold for a long while and the large size means it covers the entire hip area. My husband has found it really helpful after surgery.

Utile pour les grandes surfaces. Diminue un peu la douleur, comme tous ces produits à mettre au frigo. Ca aide, ça fait pas tout
