I bought this shelving to use as staging in my greenhouse as the cost of the 'proper' stuff was silly. Its a 6' x 4' tiny lean to so I didn't want anything too big to go in it. These are just perfect, two units stand alongside each other filling the 4' side 'wall'. As they are only about 12" deep, they don't take up too much space. Very easy to put together, even without reading the instructions, it's simple to see how the pieces just push fit, no tools. All slotted together easily, if you do get a leg that seems a bit tight, just slightly twist as you push and it goes in fine. I only used the foot and 3 out of the 4 shelves which makes it the perfect height for a worktop for me (5'4" tall). They are nice and sturdy and will cope fine with buckets and seed trays on and I've got the bonus of another 2 shelf unit for my shed out of the left over bits! To sum up then, simple to put together, sturdy and a reasonable price.

From opening the box, through reading the instructions, to having both units assembled and ready for use in my somewhat cramped office took a total of, are you ready, five minutes. I'm no DIY supremo, but this is a no tools required, stick this plastic tube there and repeat jobby. Amazingly, the finished product is actually very sturdy and stable. It has exceeded my expectations in that regard. I'm not going to bother with the wall brackets as I will put the heaviest stuff on the bottom shelves as ballast. I would advise you do your measurements properly before buying though, as these are perhaps a little shorter than I thought. Entirely my own fault, but I'm not complaining at all. You can get a better idea of the height by looking at the photo I've uploaded of one against a bog standard door. All in all, then, a very happy customer. Pretty good value for two sets of shelving. As long as you are not intending on storing seriously heavy stuff on these (in which case buy the properly rated metal jobbies) you won't be disappointed in terms of either cost or quality. These are so good that I now have 6 of these shelving units. They are set up in my polytunnels and hold plants in pots and seed trays. Easy to assemble and to keep clean, very versatile. Other shelving units are often not rigid enough and can move about, these don't. Nice and rigid, cope with terracotta pots, plus soil, plus plants and plus water. Even survived the occasional visiting squirrel running around over them.

Bought to put in a 6 x 3 wooden garden tool safe. One across the back butted up to one down the side. Takes heavy items on the base shelf no problem. Hopefully no mould worries being plastic. Will buy another 2 pack for top of cellar stairs.

Although it says 'Made in Italy' on the VonHaus Amazon shop, mine came with a white sticker saying it was made in China for DOMU company in Manchester. I thought that was misleading. The shelf units came with a simple set of instructions that were easy to follow. No parts were missing. The units were easy to put together and are fairly sturdy even without using the wall fixings. I'm using them to store cleaning materials on and there is plenty of space. They are made of plastic so easy to wipe clean. One of the shelves arrived damaged but this was due to the box being damaged at some point, not a manufacturing issue.

It's plastic, lightweight and fits snuggly into my 7x6 shed. 2 together , perfect for storing stuff and oh sooh easy to put up

4-tier is a perfect for our outdoor shed!! Incredibly easy to assemble and sturdy enough to hold all our tools. I would like to buy more, but noticed the price has increased and is now the same as the 5-tier. I'm putting the 4-tier in my cart and will buy them if the price goes back down.

I bought these to hold all my University texts and supplies. These shelves are outstanding. No problem with taking the weight of all my texts. Plenty of room. Am actually thinking about buying more. Highly recommend.

Montées en un rien de temps, ces étagères remplissent le rôle souhaité, à savoir entreposer des éléments lourds dans un cagibi, en prévision d'une seconde inondation. Je peux mettre ce qui ne craint pas l'eau en bas et en hauteur le reste, mais bien sûr, mettre du poids dessus pour qu'elles ne flottent pas. Si je n'arrive pas à tout caser, j'en rachèterai d'autres les yeux fermés.

This shelf is super compact when taken apart and can be assembled in under 15 minutes without instructions. The wall mounts are extremely useful, these shelves are staying put that’s for sure. Plenty of room for me and the build quality was acceptable. Good set of shelves for the price.
