100% safe for Coeliacs
I used to get this flour on prescription, it’s a great gluten free brand . Only criticism is the price is a high but it’s a good product

The flour is good and versatile to use making bread, cakes gluten free

Doesn't taste of much, but texture is fabulous
The bread roll I made rose beautifully and had a lovely texture, exactly like normal bread. It didn't taste of very much, but no worse than any other type of gluten free bread. I think it will make really good toast, too, although I haven't tried that yet. As it's very expensive, I will just have this as an occasional treat.

best flour mix for baking
I used to be able to get this flour on prescription. It is by far the best flour to use in any baking as I find there is no need to make any adjustment to a wheat flour recipe. Plus the end results are delicious. However, I now have to restrict using it for special occasions because it is so expensive. The purchase is time was for use in my son's wedding cake. Fruit cake layer and a carrot cake layer.

ideal for making gluten free fairy cakes!
We have been looking for a gluten free flour to make nice fairy cakes. This Juvela white mix is perfect! The taste is virtually the same as making normal fairy cakes. Use with baking powder and cakes rise perfectly. Downside is the cost. But worth it to see my coeliac Daughter with a smile on her face again. Never thought we would be able to make decent cakes again. Can also use for bread and batter mixes.....the list is endless! Would make a lovely gluten free birthday cake too. Will be purchasing again.

the best general mix available
This is , in my opinion , the best general mix available. I was diagnosed over twenty years ago as having the coeliac condition and was able until September 2017 to obtain this mix on prescription. I obviously think that the price is ludicrous but am obliged to pay it. I have no complaints with regard to the seller’s service and will undoubtedly be using them again when I can afford to eat some decent bread,

It’s really the best mix for gluten free people I’m gluten free too But it’s very expensive no worthy pay for that £15 I have every month free from my GP - 7 packs of them
