Is this good for teens 16-19?

Hi. It's suitable for anyone who's skin is dehydrated. Now that I'm menopausal I have oily but dehydrated skin. I've tried everything out there. This is perfect for me. My skin drank it in and I used almost half the pot. The affect was astounding. Since then I've only needed a pea size. I look 20 years younger. I use the eye gel/cream on my eye area and above my upper lip. It doesn't hurt my eyes. My son's, now 20 face went bright red at times of stress, his pores became huge. He now uses the gel on his face and eyes. Just like me the change was instant. I wish I'd found this when he left Primary School. He no longer gets hot red flashes, I know what it's called but I can't spell it. And you can no longer see any open pores across his cheeks and nose. The gel/cream eye gel is brilliant but we both agree the facial gel is way more moisturising than the gel/cream for the face. Oh and neither of us have acne anymore. That also went away from second use. Dehidrate skin - Yes it works and is safe. The face gel has also cleared up the itchy dry skin on the back of my hands. I could have saved my son from years of ridicule if I'd had this back then Try it. You won't be disappointed!

Is this for dark circles?

I think it's more for moisture , but not too impressed.
