TUFF LUV Premium Leather Case with Pocket Clip & Keyring [Compatible With Leatherman Micra/Squirt Multi-Tools]

This pouch is a snug fit for the Leatherman Micra but that's definitely preferable to it bring too loose! It does ease a little with use over time. The popper secures it nicely and done reviews say it will pop open when taking it out of your pocket when that loosens with use too. It really depends on how tight your pocket is I guess! I used to keep my Micra in the little pocket of my jeans/trousers, but now I carry it in this case, linked to my belt loop. I use my MIcra frequently and I find this is much easier access to it than digging with fingertips in a small pocket! Upsides are this item is really well made and it looks and feels good too. I can see it lasting for years to come and getting that aged look, which is something I like about leather products. It's secure and perfect to look after your Leatherman Micra and better prevent it getting damaged. It has a handy keyring loop to attach to a belt loop or a key loop (inside bags, pouches etc) or to use as it a keyring and so on. It gives you way more options for use than without the keyring loop, although it can be removed if you prefer it that way. Downsides for me are small and far outweighed by its good points so I only have two minor ones to mention. Although the "Tuff Luv" logo on the back is discreet, it still says "Tuff Luv" and you can't avoid that obviously and they should add their name to this lovely case. I only mention this as the man in my life was less happy about it than I am when I bought him one lol The second is I don't fully trust the popper not to open by itself. However, to be honest as yet it's not opened by itself at all where I wear it, so please don't let my worry affect your decision of whether to buy it or not. Plus I think they got it right adding a popper because it's definitely more fitting for this item than velcro. Velcro just wouldn't suit the style of this pouch. If you are undecided whether to buy this item or not, then I recommend you buy it as you won't be disappointed with it! I see this item as a longterm investment for carrying and protecting my Micra. It's a tool that I love to use and now it has a really nice pouch to go in. Update: Several months on this pouch hasn't loosened much with frequent use and the popper is still as secure as when I bought it! The leather still looks good, no wear although there's a few scratches but that's my fault! I'm now back to wearing my nicely protected Micra in my little jean/trouser pocket inside the pouch. Having the keyring poking out is a useful grab tool for getting it out and pushing it in and it doesn't fall out. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase and it does survive over time! Perfect.

Nicely made, but flawed. When this is placed in jeans front pocket and the the bunch of keys with this attached pulled out of the pocket it is routinely opened, as the press stud fastening catches on the edge of the pocket and pulls open. If the opening flap was on the same end as the keyring this would not happen. My leatherman has not fallen out yet, but i can foresee the day that this could happen and i lose it.

Ideally, I prefer to carry pocket tools without pouches, just so I can use them quicker, but eventually a lump of steel will wear through your pocket lining. Not to mention pocket lint. I've been searching on-line for a suitable micra slip pouch for ages. Far too expensive on certain market place sites, and the kydex slips, which look amazing, just add to the bulk, especially if you're like me and have a ton of crap in every available pocket each day. I don't know how long these TUFLUV pouches have been available on amazon as I've not seen them before, but I have to say they are perfect for the micra. Leatherman don't have anything this good at this size. It fits like a glove and within a few days in the pocket the leather customises to the shape of the micra. I don't like my main mini tools attached to my keys, so I took off the ring and keep the pouch loose in my RF pocket with a fischer bullet and an Olight i3s, and a larger flashlight. Told you my pockets are full. Basically, this is probably the best pouch you'll find for the money with the least faffing about. It arrived well within the designated time and came well packaged and in perfect condition. I might even get a second at some point for my aquire, which I carry less frequently. Yes, it will fit the squirt, but not as perfectly, as the micra is slightly longer and slimmer. It seems that the case could of intentionally been designed for the squirt, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Whatever. I also feel that this pouch will last a life time with only an occasional repair. Do not hesitate to get this if you're a micra user. You won't regret it. Mine is a grey/ brown leather and it's perfectly worn in after only 5 or so days. I'm over the moon with this product. One of my favourite buys as of late.

This was expensive but I have had it for a while now and it still looks like new. Protects the tool and your pocket linings from the tool!

This is a really nice leather case and I would recommend it for the Leatherman Micra, cannot comment on the fit for the Leatherman Squirt P4 and Leatherman Squirt S4 but would guess it's OK, however it is too small for the new Squirt PS4. Wish it was slightly larger!
