Great for improving the state of my hair postpartum. It’s so much stronger than it used to be and before them I was losing a lot more hair. Had compliments on my hair recently saying it looked thicker and healthier. They’re large to swallow but worth it. No side effects experienced so far. Good value for what they do.

Good quality supplement. I’ve noticed a difference in my hair strength since taking this regularly. It’s occasionally on offer on Amazon and I try to stock up a few months supply whenever the price drops.

I have been using perfectil for skin, hair & nails for two years now. I have honestly noticed a tremendous improvement in the thickness & health of my hair. My skin looks more radiant. My nails stronger. However I have used the original strength . I was unable to obtain theses so ordered the max strength. Although a lot more expensive.. i thought it was a pack not 84 so worth a try. However you need to take two tablets plus one capsule per day which means you only have 28 days supply! I can't say I have noticed an improvement compared to the original. Due to the cost of the max & having to take three per day I will probably revert to the original which works out better value & you only need to take one tablet per day & great results for me !

Don’t know if I see a difference due to the vitamins and minerals due this solely however there is a difference. Fairly quick delivery but was over Christmas rush.

Sadly can’t comment on the results as I don’t think I can continue taking. These are the worst tasting tablets I’ve taken, they make me gag every time!
