Great product and service!
Product is exactly as advertised. It’s not available where I live (occupied Palestinian Territories). I have the jug but ran out of the filters. These guys sent the filters over with fedex and I had it within a week. The service is great and they’re very responsive. Will definitely be ordering again.

Apparte la mia esperienza, dove il contenuto è arrivato danneggiato per il resto è un prodotto fenomenale , la macchinetta del caffè non ha il minimo residuo di calcare . Addio bottiglie . Ho anche analizzato l'acqua e devo dire che si avvicina molto ai depuratori che vendono a centinaia di euro

Edit: I confirm that all three filters are utter CRAP! The carbon particles are actually in the filtered water settled at the bottom of the container, which could be dangerous to health, to say the least! One of the 3 filters is broken. Those nodules in the filtration system have spilled into the packaging and there is no way to use it without those substances getting into your water system. Now I opened only one of them, I wonder how the remaining two are. Never buying from here again.
