Metamucil Psyllium Sugar-Free Super Fiber Powder, Orange, 10 oz

Dr. Suggested this product to help up my fiber count. I drink one to two glasses in the morning and find it both refreshing and filling. For me it has been an easy product to use to boost my fiber count and certainly reduce hunger. Did notice though you have to drink it at a steady pace because it does like to thicken fairly quickly.

I like this metamucil cause it works well for my system.

When taken as directed (2 x day) be aware you must hydrate more than usual. Keep your body (in this case, your intestines), lubricated with water. That matters. Let this product do what it is designed to do well, by keeping hydrated. Do that, and based on my results, it will do what it is designed to do. Don't do that, and you may find 'going' a bit straining. I'm on my third bottle of it. That's because it works This is now my fourth bottle. The delivery was painfully slow and the price was slightly above what I could have bought the same item for here locally. Amazon is convenient so that was not a factor. Just beware. Product though is A+

I love this product. It will not clump, very easy to mix and the orange taste is very agreeable. Plus it does what fiber does in a very gentle manner.

I have taken Metamucil for several years and, in general, have had success with it as long as I stay well hydrated. I purchased this "Super Powder Fiber" because the dosage is a little less. I found the Super Powder Fiber to be MUCH LESS effective than the regular 4 in 1 Metamucil. Of course, the taste is "weaker" and the dosage is less, but it does not do the job for me.
