It will not work with most, if any true hearing aids. My Phonaks will connect to the phone, but it requires an app in addition to bluetooth. Many others will connect through an adapter, but their app is also required. Many newer hearing aids have ASHA (Audio Streaming through Hearing Aids) technology, but the phone has to support ASHA. Some Samsungs (not all), an Google Pixel phones support ASHA.
