Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2

What produced in high quality book serves as the manual for Prince to project management methodologies. Must have for exam preparation and post exam reference. Excellent quality book with thick paper stock.

The book look great, it doesn't look used at all. No writing were found in the book. Delivery was prompted. Received after 2 weeks.

There’s no surprise PRINCE2 is one of the world’s leading PM methodologies. I’m a CAPM working on the experience for my PMP, and PRINCE2 compliments the best practices outlined in the PMBOK very well. This is a manual I’m happy to keep handy (and of course, you’ll also need the hard copy for your Practitioner exam). It covers 2 approaches, waterfall and agile (though agile sections are limited).

This is a textbook for both certificates, so grab yourself a copy if you decided to take the exams. It is also a good reference for any project managers.

This is a TRUE PM Book. More expensive than other PM Books but it is a nice book in content and form.

An essential knowledge for P3 professionals, including PMO and CoEs tasked with CMMI maturity level 3, be it through P3M3 or even OPM3.

AS expected! very thick paper..magazine gloss quality paper..hec it might even be water proof ...ahahahahhah

Good product, maybe to let more clear of which version is this guide.

1. Not announced that this was going to be a used book when I found it. 2. Very bad quality. The book had 50 plastic page markers attached, had water damage for 1/3 of all pages and was full of highlight marker (meaning all text was marked) If I did not need it immediately for a training the week after arrival, I would have returned it. Not acceptable for second hand book to me.

This is an excellent reference and easy to read book. Well written and it is a must if you want to do well in the Prince2 exams. Book arrived on time and in excellent condition.

This is an official textbook so you'll need it for the PRINCE2 exam. Unlike many other reviewers I found the quality suitable - the book arrived in tact, the pages are not falling off yet. My major gripe is not so much the cost (although it's expensive), but how atrociously heavy it is, it seems they have used the heaviest, densest paper imaginable and printed with pure lead on it. It's heavier than a typical laptop, and could have been made twice as light with any normal paper, even in a hard cover. So be aware if you plan on hauling it around just like any other handbook.

PRINCE2 and consequently its reference book from Axelos are good in principles only. The rationale, the methods and approach and finally the didactic materials are quite theoretical, without being able to land effectively and safely on the real world. If you want or need a nice piece of paper, aka Project Management certification, here you go.
