I'm very picky about my pillows and this was recommended to my by my chiropractor. It's not over engineered, but the quality of the foam material was wonderful. I do find it almost floppy, but once laid flat it to sleep on, it supports m neck well. I tried using it with the inserts, but for my neck and back issues, I'm most comfortable without any of the inserts. The inserts, even as thin as they are, are stiffer than the pillow and are of different sizes making the pillow as adjustable a total of 6 ways.

The foam for this pillow is too soft and it doesn't support my neck enough.

Once we finally received the pillow and removed it from the plastic wrap it was dirty. Wondering if it was a returned item. Contemplating on returning it. Sadly I could really use it right now as I am having rotator cuff issues.

good pillow maybe over priced in my opinion

It's expensive, but I have to say it is now my favorite pillow. I was getting shoulder and neck problems, and now I don't have them. I can't say for sure if this pillow was the sole reason that I feel better, but it may well be the reason.

This pillow has added joy to my sleep. I sleep better and my posture is better aligned. And it is soooo comfortable. I have one for each of my kids, too. I got my money's worth in the first night of sleep. A very good value for such an important slice of your daily life. Thank you! A beautiful product.
